My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I'm a very laid back guy with a sarcastic humor. But I wouldn't be sitting indoors watching Comedy Central all day anyday. There's far better ways to spend a day than in front of a screen!

A great day for me would be an adventure. Doesn't have to be going fast, but a day on the trail dodging rocks and roots would apply. It can also be exploring somewhere new like a brewery tour or a road-trip to some small part of the beautiful Maine coast.

I'm not the bad boy many guys try to be from the action movies with cars and guns either. It's more important to me to be the one who accomplishes things and can be a good friend. An analogy I use in 'car terms' is that I like a higher mpg instead of mph.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Almost done my degree in Design Engineering, and already have job offerings!
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
I have two passions in life: Bicycles and fine tastes on the tongue. They've become things I'm great with and around.

Cycling is something I do year round in all weather. (The right bike in snow can be a lot of fun too!) But I don't just ride. Advocacy and volunteering is something I do with cycling too.

I love tastes and every one of my days includes some sort of gourmet to enjoy. Could be a fine coffee, craft beer, loose tea, cabernet wine, kombucha, etc... I write about these every once in awhile on my blog, Luxurious Liquids.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
That's a 3rd perspective, not my own. So I don't know!
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
1. Friends & Family - Life wouldn't be without them.
2. Animals - Pets and wildlife. Josie is the pooch of my life! :-)
3. Taste - It's a sense that can be amazing, and often unappreciated.
4. Bicycles - The perfect short-range transport & workout.
5. Music - I couldn't imagine not having it.
6. Time to Relax - When you're among art, beautiful nature, a fine beer's taste, caught in music, ...
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
What if...? It's like pulling something apart and re-building it. I use this approach with writing a lot.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
A kickback night can be anything from a hot tea and a book, to a cold beer and a BBC audio show.

A night of fun can be a game night at someone's place, going to a local show, or even just a hanging out with one other friend and catching up!

I'm looking for friends and to see what happens. It would be worth my time to write this if I only got a friend, but I certainly wouldn't mind if it became more.

So let me know if you think it could be worth our time to get to know each other.
