I am living the best time of my Life. I am much more centered and connected to Self now than when I was younger (it has been a great journey though. No regrets... not one). I am optimistic and positive about most of the circumstances I encounter. I intentionally surround myself with happy people who laugh often and Live Life fully while they exercise great compassion and Love for others.

I work with teachers and children and that gives me great satisfaction. I Love what I do. I am also trying to make time to finish (my darn) dissertation!

I am reorganizing things in my schedule to take care of myself more lovingly (like exercising and figuring out how and when I will take the short trip to Paris I've been dreaming about for some time now.)

Understanding, uplifting, and supporting my Loved ones (people I work with are part of this group). I know how to heal myself and assist others in doing the same. I can clearly see what's amazing in a person and I take the time to show them how great they are.
I am also good at accommodating to most circumstances and I can find humor is most situations (usually after the crisis is over).

Oh, I can make simple dishes that are yummy!

I am shy in new social situations. (This is a cultural trait I still have from my upbringing, but it fades away once I feel comfortable.)

One Hundred Years of Solitude, ACIM, ethnic foods, live shows and concerts. (I don't watch TV. I haven't owned one in over a decade. I don't say this to brag, but to alert you of my alarming ignorance about stuff that is transmitted through that media.)

Silence/time to contemplate
Giving Love
De-solving problems
Instilling hope
Fresh food, good water, and a great bed
Full night sleep (yes, more than 6)

How to release whatever it is I'm thinking about (unless the thought make me very happy).

Reading, enjoying ethnic foods, learning new stuff, listening to music, watching movies, attending live concerts, or sleeping!

I love warm french sourdough bread with Irish butter (the unsalted sweet cream they sell at Wholefoods).

My spirituality gifts me with sweet peace and joy, my work is a great source of satisfaction and I can always count on the Love my family and friends have for me. I know my Life will be enhanced when I have a wonderful partner to love with all my heart, gossip, laugh, dream, and navigate through this magnificent world.
