I'm stuck in the middle of a lot of things. Socializing and Hermitage. Scholar and Fool. Sequential Art and independent film. Lunch and Dinner. I think that for every bad thing, there is something good providing a counter-balance. I don't see why someone can't be mature while being a fan of comics, toys and cartoons. On the other side of the coin, I don't see why being a fan of those three things makes you better than anyone else. Nothing; not race, creed, gender, religion or status, is more important than the individual.

I also swear I'm a lot less serious than I come off in the sentences above.

I am faithful, silly, and satirical.

I work at a Ivy-League business school as an AV technician, a.k.a. "GET THAT GUY TO TELL ME HOW TO TURN ON MY LAPTOP BEFORE I EXPLODE!!!" guy. I'm at the gym 5-7 days a week and have a goal of being able to lift at least 250 lbs by this time next year. Also, I'm padding out my ideas for two books I'd like to write. It's slow going, but nothing good comes easy, right?

To fill out the rest of my days, I love to get out and wander around the city with people and try to eat at a new restaurant once a week. Other than that, I'm also looking into learning how to perform several circus arts, kayak and swing dance. At the same time if possible, lord help me.

When I'm at home, though, I'm a gigantic geek. I love technology, learning about new music, gaming of all sorts, Sci-Fi and Fantasy, Self-Help, it's all over the place. It would take much too long to list here, so send me a message if you'd like to know more!

AV stuff (setting up home theaters and computers), playing tabletop/board/card/video games, cuddling, being a friend when someone needs one, firing a 9mm rifle at 30 ft., table trap skeet shooting, writing, communicating, using words like "curmudgeon" and "effusive" in sentences, being loyal to those that can return the favor.

My voice (it can get really deep and loud or high and funny sounding) and my eyes. Either that, or how I can go from shy to outlandish at the drop of a hat. Or several hundred thousand drops of alcohol.

Either working out, hanging with friends or playing games with my friends online. As long as I'm not staring at the walls, bored out of my skull, then it's a good night.

I honestly think that when I grow a beard (like now), it's a good luck charm.
