My self-summary
I'm pretty geeky, but sweet. I'm into video games but more into the vintage stuff. I'm a big movie buff. I enjoy hanging out with friends playing board games, also bar trivia.

I'm slimming down, so as of this writing (April '14) I have lost almost 80 lbs, and want to lose more. so I'm looking for someone to help me be active or help me cook better.
What I’m doing with my life
I currently work for a mortgage company processing loan documents, its even more boring than it sounds but at least I can get valuable experiance and it pays the bills. In my spare time I like to play all kinds of tabletop games, I have a few desgins in my head I would someday like to get published.
I’m really good at
I'm good a making people laugh and cheering them up, and quoting obscure lines from movies.
The first things people usually notice about me
My Smile. I know it's cliche, but I'm almost always smiling. I'm a generally happy person.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
I want to read more, but have trouble knowing what I want to read. my favorite authors are probably Terry Pratchett, Neil Gaiman, and Douglas Adams. Currently working on the Maze Runner Series. please let me know what I should read!

I really enjoy television comedies as well as some classic and new Sci-fi. just a quick list. Battlestar Galactica (except season 3), Star Trek: TNG & DS9, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Doctor Who, Sherlock, Fireflly, MST3K, Community, Parks & Rec, Pushing Daisies (anything Brian Fuller has put on TV, really). Did I say quick list?

I love movies, and I'm trying to see as many as I can and take myself out of my comfort zone. I have a rule that I can never refuse to see a movie on the basis of ' I don't want to see that' it helps me see more things, for instance I would never have known how good a movie Magic Mike is if I wasn't dragged to it by some friends taking advantage of this rule. I keep a log of every movie I see just so I can know I have seen a lot, saw over 100 movies last year!

Games, because I think its important, in terms of tabletop games I enjoy things where you have a lot of player interaction like The Resistance or Power Grid, or anything with a solid theme. In terms of Video games I like RPGs for a good story, or Pokemon because its just fun and I think the best System on the market right now is the 3DS
The six things I could never do without
1. Movies.
2. Games of all variety.
3. Thunderstorms.
4. Humor.
5. Intelligent Conversation.
6. Cereal
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Where I am in life, and how lucky I am to be there, but also how to get where I want to be. Those are the serious things but I also like to think about movies, super heroes, and other comparatively silly things.
On a typical Friday night I am
Doing things with my friends. Sometimes hanging at the bar going to see a movie or maybe the theatre. I'm open to whatever is happening
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I like ice cream and iced coffee more in the winter than i do in the summer. There's something about colder weather that I feel enhances the the flavors.
