My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I'm now permanently in Austin! I moved back last fall to help my brother (he fractured his femur) but now have a job and a duplex in Hyde Park.

I graduated high school here, but in the meantime lived in Virginia, Minnesota, New York, California, and the Netherlands. I'm happy to be back in this fun city, but it's definitely changed and I need to see what's new.

About me, I'm a tall, smart (left-brained = math/logic/computers), and curious about everything. I'm happiest after a large meal with friends when we get to talk (and drink) for hours. I have a bunch of interesting/oddball friends and the topics of conversation can be anything! I also enjoy hiking, sailing, and working with Habitat for Humanity.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Not knowing what to do next with my life, I sold myself to the highest bidder. My title is "Data Scientist" and I compute and calculate on massive amounts of data to say "people who bought X also bought Y". I'm enjoying the cash and also saving some for the whatever comes next - such as finishing a PhD, selling an idea for a company, or starting a non-profit.

I'm also boxing, sailing, writing some books, exploring Austin...

As for food, anything with apples and cinnamon. Also great are my Aunt Joan's Pecan Pie or Grandma's cannoli.
