Not to be too modest, but I’m pretty sure I’m darn funny. My humor is dry, sarcastic, and usually dumb, just the way all humor should be ;). I love watching movies but I’m a proud owner of a “ClearPlay” DVD player. If you know what that is, props to you. If you like “ClearPlay” we really need to hang out soon!
I'm LDS grateful to be. After my mission in England I moved to China for a while and lived with a host family. I love the Chinese culture and people and hope to one day speak Mandarin proficiently. I’m far from that right now, haha.
A while back my mom started working at the airport so I'm able to fly free. Despite this luck, I still prefer working in my yard, refurbishing furniture, tuning my bike, or finding other ways to improve my home life instead :). Maybe this will change when I find a travel buddy I love to be around, but for now I love finding new projects and figuring out how to do them. Ashamedly, I love Pinterest… a lot of great projects, designs and ideas, what can i say :/. If only I was rich and had unlimited free time…
Having said that, I also really love living a budget life. I work full time at a hotel while I’m in school and I enjoy being self-sufficient and living below my means. I don’t want that to ever change.
I love reading (even if I’m slow) and usually have 3 or 4 books that I read at a time, I cook a fair amount and honestly… most of my meals turn out pretty darn ok. I like being outdoors, hiking, camping, floating, or whatever else comes.
Most importantly I really love the gospel of Christ. I want to date someone who isn’t afraid to push me to being my best and expects me to do the same. Come on, what guy doesn’t want to be a strong priesthood holder, and someone the lord can count on at all times and in all places. That’s a pretty lofty goal though and I know I can’t do it on my own.
