What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I'm currently working to support my goals of becoming a writer and researcher while earning a living as well.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Reading, writing, hiking, interacting with people and appreciating history and art.
The first things people usually notice about me

I read a wide variety of literature and I just finished re-reading Ronald Wright's classic "Stolen Continents", and two days ago I finished reading "Monkey on a Stick", which is about the Hare Krishnas. I'm currently reading "America in 1492" which is a reconstruction of how the peoples of this continent were living at the eve of Columbus's arrival.

Here are some of my favourite books:the Bible, The Huarochiri Manuscript, The Walam Olum, Stolen Continents, The Boy Looked At Johnny, Bury my Heart, The Catcher in the Rye, Love Story; Oliver's Story; A Tale of Two Cities; John Grisham's The Testament, The Client and the Brotherhood; Stephen King's Nightshift; and Nick Page's The Wrong Messiah, among others. Lately I've become a total sucker for Rose Mary Sutcliff novels, and been devouring a couple of them ("Frontier Wolf", and "The Eagle of the Ninth") lately.

I feel that most movies suck, but I'm into chick and high school flicks, documentaries and epic movies. Here are some of my favourites:
1. Just One of the Guys
2. Blood in Blood Out.
3. Drop Dead Gorgeous.
4. Robin Hood.
5. Centurion.
6. The Client.
7. The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo.
8. Agents of Deception.
9. Inside Job.

I haven't watched tv in a long time, but my favourite sitcom would be "Seinfeld", and the few times I've seen "Dog the Bounty Hunter", I've gotten a few kicks out of it. "Survivor Man", also seemed to be cool.

I love music, and am into a wide variety of genres: Punk, Goth, Blues, Swing, Classical, Metal, World, Andean, among others.
Favourite bands: Stevie Ray Vaughan, Generation X, The Damned, The Dead Kennedys, Iron Maiden, Crash Dog, etc.

I love food, as long as it's not too hot or spicy. Gimme poutine, Chinese Food, Japanese Food, Curry Chicken, Goat, Ceviche, Steak, you name it.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
1. God.
2. Company in general and friends in particular.
3. Books.
4. Nature.
5. Music.
6. My backpack.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
God, life and my paradigms.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Hanging out with friends and doing things at random.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I'm quite trusting and inquisitive.
