I am Brilliant, Hilarious, and Assertive.

My Self-Summary

Hey, well let’s see to start, I’m nice to my mom, wash behind the ears and always remember to put the toilet seat down! That counts for something, right? I have a quick, sarcastic wit and an inquisitve personality so I enjoy bantering back and forth with anyone on a wide range of topics(can you keep up?). You can usually find me making other people laugh hysterically, or engaging in interesting conversation about topics ranging from celebrity gossip to classical philosophy. Really, I can go from calling Britney trash one minute to calling Heidegger trash the next, which let's face it, both are. lol What can I say, I'm very versatile...

I listen to everything from Mozart to Zeppelin, with some Old School rap in between, and sometimes all in a row (though one plays much better on the dance floor...). But country is out! I really like the adventure of spontaneous road trips and am always up for a new adventure. I could walk through museums or bookstores for hours and totally lose track of time. I take Arabic classes with a private tutor and really enjoy the challenge and adventure of learning about a new culture; and I will read 700 page books on the history of the American libertarian movement or life of Alexander Hamilton, but I'll also play video games with little kids and take pride in making an a** of myself bowling (sometimes with the bumpers!).

I am taking the bar exam next February after a long road from hell; I once interviewed to be in the clandestine service branch of the C.I.A., which was awesome, and I really want to live in the Middle East someday soon for at least a year so I can immerse myself in the language and culture. I would like nothing better than to be fluent and not have to resort to English at all. After all that, I want to be Secretary of State someday, or I could be Middle East peace envoy, because let's face, somebody's got to do it! lol Man, I am gonna be a shark in the courtroom!

If you want to know anything else just ask and you can check out my MySpace page at www.myspace.com/drkn.

What I’m doing with my life

I have a Bachelor's degree in history and a law degree, and currently I am taking computer classes so I can get my A plus and Net plus certifications. And then there's the Bar. Wish me luck and anyone with experience, I am open to advice.

I’m really good at

Laughing, making others laugh, shakin' it on the dance floor, talking, listening, reading, bowling, thinking, basketball, performing stunts in major action movies, parallel parking, accepting awards, being tall.

The first things people usually notice about me

I guess my height and my dark eyes. Most people tend to think I'm shy at first, but I open up pretty fast. My sense of humor is also something you'll notice pretty quick, oh, and my gold teeth j/k

My favorite books, movies, music, and food

Don Quixote, The Clash of Civilizations and the Remaking of World Order, Imperial Grunts, Summer for the Gods, Arabic-English dictionary, Carnage and Culture, The Black Swan, Human Action, Radicals for Capitalism, the Federalist Papers. I've been told I should read the Fountainhead, though I haven't gotten around to it yet.

Movies it would have to be Shawshank, the Matrix, Alien, Eternal Sunshine, Snatch, the new Batmans, the Usual Suspects, anything with Bill Murray, the Mission, Fight Club, the Exorcist, Anchorman, Step Brothers and the extended outakes of the job interviews are pure brilliance!; any good (or bad) horror.

As far as music I like Audioslave, Queens of the Stoneage, Our Lady Peace, Crash Test Dummies, Bush, old Green Day and Weezer, U2, Pearl Jam, Alice in Chains, anything from the 90's (Everything But the Girl, Live, Radiohead, R.E.M., Hole, Cranberries, etc.), alot of classic rock like Led Zeppelin, CCR, and the Rolling Stones; and of course my old dead white guys...Mozart, Beethoven, and Bach; and I can't forget the old school rap!. Anyone who loves music should check out 93.9 out of Detroit, it is the best radio station I have ever listened to.

The six things I could never do without

My friends and family, laughter, information, my car, showers, my phone

I spend a lot of time thinking about

All different sorts of topics, including politics, history, my friends' problems, my problems, this website and it's weird questions

On a typical Friday night I am

Out with my friends Brian and Kruse either at a restaurant, bar or pub, or anywhere we can have interesting conversations. Or random road trips; Or trying to learn guitar from my cousin. Occasionally I engage in high speed car chases in my smart car (so I can use the sidewalks...) and I dabble in movie stunt doubling. Anything really...

The most private thing I’m willing to admit here

I'm scared of heights........

You should message me if

You are interesting, fun, or both. Oh, and literacy helps! I'm very friendly and love meeting new people, so don't be afraid to contact me, if not, good luck.
