Okay, so to be completely honest, I am very very terrible at these stupid things. So let me be up front and honest foremost: I am interested in a RELATIONSHIP, not sex or one night stands. I have respect for myself enough to wait for the right person.

That out of the way: My name is Jennifer, but i prefer to be called Jen. Jennifer sounds way too formal... and girly. My eyes are blue and I change my hair color all the time. I have three piercings as of late, one tattoo, and probably the biggest hair in all of york.

I am 18 years old and dependently on my own with my own apartment, which i like. My roommate is my bunny Ping, and no, I have no plans on getting rid of him. I work very hard for what I have, and i think that makes me appreciate it more. I am a student at HACC and about to start this fall with an art major and theater minor.

I enjoy a random assortment of things from oldies music and black and white movies to eating sushi and going to coffee shops. Oh, and I frequent musicals and plays as well, so look out! Nothing mandatory, but it would be nice to get in a relationship with a person who respects these things, and maybe even enjoys them as well. I'm an aspiring actress/artist, and hope to make a career out of it one day.

My sexuality is bisexual: and no, I m not one of those girls who do it for the attention. I'm for real. Posers and pompous people are probably qualities i hate the most, but I am interested in genuinely "real" people, especially romantic ones (when it comes to dating). For real, if you're an ass, it's better to just keep your distance from me.

I'm looking for someone interesting and spontaneous, that can give me butterflies everytime i see them. Someone who wont judge me because of my 80's hair and piercings, which, as lame as that may sound, happens all the time.

Like I said before, i am living on my own and have been since my senior year. I graduated this year, and will be a student at hacc this fall with an art major. My goal is to become an art teacher, or a drama teacher. I currently work at an old peoples home, which pays the bills, but sucks.

Though I'm one of those people who are too humble to say what they are good at, I'll put it this way: According to many acquaintances and friends i am a talented artist, singer, and actress. I am quite confident in these areas, and have done alot with them in the past.

Probably my eyes or my butt. my two "nicest" qualities, or should I say... most noticeable? Many people tend to go straight for the piercings and "fashion statement" though.

Hmm okay, so here we go:

books: Anything by Jane Austen, Harry Potter series, Luna, Any classic novel, My assortment of Star Trek Books, and any form of old poetry (preferrably Yeats).

movies: ha ha jeeze, White Christmas, Singin in the Rain, Edward Scissorhands, Guys and Dolls, Love Actually, Pride and Prejudice, Harry Potter, Nightmare Before Christmas, Star trek 2 and 4, Anything Old school Disney or MGM musicals.

Music: I L-O-V-E oldies, anywhere from the crooners (Bing, Frankie, Sammy Davis, Dean Etc.) to Doo-wop and old diner music, to Billy Joel and Elton John. I also enjoy musical soundtracks and own just about any one you could imagine. Rock has been a big influence on my life as well, and my favorite genre of that area is punk rock or indie.

Food: I'm a sushi nut, no lie. I also love steak (who doesn't), and muffins. <3

1. My friends: bottom line, I wouldn't be anywhere without them. I love them so much it hurts.
2. My talents: they get me through every chapter of my life.
3. Ping: he's my bunny, and my roommate. I've had him almost a year now, and I love him to death.
4. Family: even though we've had a pretty rocky past, I hope to make things right. They are family...
5. My style: Even though many copy it these days, I could never go without my big hair, piercings, and checkered clothing. bottom line.

I worry alot about some things, like how I'm going to pay rent if my paycheck sucks, or about how I'm going to take care of college. Honestly, it keeps me up alot, in fact, I've turned into quite the night owl.

I also think about being alone. It's my worst fear and I pray to god that I never end up completely alone. It would kill me.

My thoughts wander alot to many other things through the day, but that's because i day dream -like- alot, always have. Especially about finding love... and -ahem- Spock? XD

Doing whatever strikes me as interesting. I love just going on walks downtown (i practically live downtown) for no reason or taking a trip to the movies or bowling alley. Coffee shops are the best on Fridays, though, since they have the local bands playing. *yay*

I don't know... I suppose i like staying at home and watching movies just as much. ha ha

I've only been in head-over-heels love once, and now that i know what it feels like it's something i have been trying to find again.

You are a genuinely down to earth, loyal, and romantic person who's interested in knowing me better. I'd really like to hope there are some of those still out there.
