What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.

I'm working in a software company as a 'real job.' Not very sure what the long term plans are, but I'm pretty happy with my job right now. It's a good thing.

I only wish I played more board games. Then again, I don't think I can play enough board games.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Well... Math. It's a rather not-small part of my being. A friend described me as, "Normal people need air, food, water. Brandon needs air, food, water, and math. And not in that order either." And that really captures the essence of my love affair with mathematics.

I'm also pretty darn good at arguing with people. Sometimes it's just for the sake of arguing, other times it will be arguing with someone that I actually agree with. Its never a "I hate you!" type thing, but I just enjoy disagreements over the trivial or interesting.

Apparently, I'm also really good at programming.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
My hair tends to be a popular feature, even though I keep it a rather variable lengths. I've also had a few folks tell me eyes are amazing, so I hear.
Personality wise, I've been told I come of as rather.... abrasive is the word they use. I've been trying to make a slightly better first impression, but apparently I'm a bit of an acquired taste.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

When I read, I read sci-fi mostly. Well, kinda. I do have a rather irrational love of Hamlet. And my favorite author is currently Kurt Vonnegut, even though I've read only a small portion of his works. Also a big fan of any Dystopia literature (1984, Brave New World, ect.).

I really don't watch a lot of movies. Meh.

Current TV shows are kinda sparse, American Horror Story, Revolution, and I'm looking forward to Americans.

Music is normally anything I can sing along to that *isn't* country. I used to really hate rap too, but am getting over that. I tend to prefer older rock and am a big fan of musicals.
Food: I'll try anything once or twice. But I really love Mediterranean.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
1. Math
2. The Internet
3. Board Games
4. Someone to Teach
5. A reason to get up in the morning
6. Winter Snow
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Math. Sadly. How terrible the education system in this country is, and just how bad the government is ran. I tend to do a lot of "if I ruled the world" and then create my own dystopias with a nice fatal flaw. I also spend time thinking about the future as mine is a little uncertain. And I normally spend a good chunk of time considering new boardgame strategies.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Friday night? Sleeping sadly. Saturday is a different story though. Saturday I love playing board games.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
There's a good chance I'd like you to call me 'Sir' once in a while. And yes, that is capitalized.
