Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
My favorite books are those of literal nonsense, role playing type, plays/scripts, and picture books, haha.
To list a few: The Giver, The Phantom Tollbooth, Rainbow Boys, Fat Pig, The Pillowman, Othello, Dr. Suess series.
My favorite movies are those that really make you think. I usually enjoy the movies that others say, "I had to watch it three times, just to understand what was going on." as well as magical movies, movie musicals, and comedies... I also like scifi.
In an attempt: Nightmare Before Christmas, Inception, Vanilla Sky, Up, The Shape of Things, Donnie Darko, Super Size Me, Drive, *Clears throat* the recent Tinker Bell movies...
For music, I like musicals (or show tunes), classical, stuff like Imogen Heap, and usually anything on the radio or Spotify.
Some favorites: It Was a Very Good Year by Frank Sinatra, Say Goodnight and Go by Imogen Heap, Double Double Toil and Trouble by Phoenix Bach Choir, One Light from Next to Normal, (the original) Simple and Clean by Utada Hikaru, I Wouldn't Need You by Nora Jones.
As for food, I enjoy Italian, sushi, Chinese, pastries, dessert, home-cooked, cereal, and new things. I especially love to eat with someone, either cooking or dining out.
A few nom-noms: chicken cacciatore, a tossed salad with only lemon juice as dressing, Irish leek soup, yellow tail scallion sushi, cookies 'n cream Haagen Dazs (or strawberry), vegetarian spring rolls.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
I would find it very difficult to keep myself content if I were to live without my sense of hearing (music), technology (phone/computer), food (live to eat perspective), new things to analyze and understand, toothpaste, and my voice (to verbally express and communicate).
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
I like to observe and contemplate about human behavior, music, analyzing situations, what next to learn about, food, how I can positively influence those around me, the possibilities of my future, trying to understand how others come to illogical conclusions, (will continue list)
