I'm a marketer and blogger in Montreal. I mainly work with small businesses and entrepreneurs, and I get a lot of satisfaction out of getting to spend my days helping people figure out not IF they can make their business work - but rather, how best to do it.

I've got a few long term projects in various stages of development, and I've pretty much always got room on my plate for a fun new idea.

In the interest of absolute disclosure - I'm happily married to a wonderful gent and we're poly. It's pretty lovely.

I love, reading fiction, watching terrible disaster movies, cooking and baking for friends, good food and drink, sewing and crafting - that kind of thing.

Working for the most part. But hopefully never so hard, nor so long that I miss out on dinner parties, board game nights, film screenings and craft afternoons.

Hmmm, currently reading Pope Joan and listening to Claire Jenkins avec Band.

I really enjoy Gaiman, Irving, Davies, Atwood (usually), King, Tolstoy, Martin, and a variety of others.

The last movie that I saw and liked was Winter's Bone.
The last movie I saw and didn't like was Prometheus.

I think I mentioned my affection for terrible, wretched disaster porn. The worse the better. I'm also really fascinated by any books and movies about plague. What I want most from a movie is a good story, well told. I don't like movies that are interesting for the sake of being interesting, non-linear (with a few exceptions), or nonsensical.

I really like Doctor Who, Torchwood, Sherlock Holmes, Buffy, Firefly, I liked the Tudors, Community, and Adventure time is always really fun.

For food, I eat about %80 veggie or vegan, but enjoy the occasional nice cut of meat. I particularly enjoy Indian, Thai, Mexican and Japanese.
