How do you summarize a person in a few sentences? After having had this profile here for several years, I suppose that its time to update it, so I shall endeavor to try.

I am a truly unique individual... just like everyone else.

I play ice hockey, and enjoy reading books, RPGs, Massively Multiplayer Online Games, and dining out. I'm a gamer, which, to me, means that I have a deep, profound enjoyment of games of every type (be they card, video, board, ect), but I think I manage to balance it well with the rest of my life (meaning that I'm not the stereotypical gamer sitting in a dank basement, surrounded by pizza boxes and empty cola cans. Ew, I said "cola".)

I am polyamorous (although to be fair, I think I deal best with something more like polyfidelity). Interested in dominance and submission (I'm a switch), bdsm (mostly the BD part), and gender issues.

I'm a Libertarian and very much into talking with intelligent people. I am very open-minded and laid back. I enjoy discussing and debating risque subjects such as sex, politics, and religion.

I'm pretty funny. At least, I think I'm funny. I amuse the heck out of my self, that's for sure. I think that cows are cool.

I'm a very successful senior IT manager for an extremely large bank.

I've finally finished college, after six years of work. It's really nice to have some of my time back, again, and so I'm taking a break before I tackle the next challenge.

I'm trying to learn how to play the blues harmonica. I've been trying for a couple years, now, without much success, although to be honest I haven't really tried that terribly hard.

I'm also trying to learn Serbo-Croatian (the language). Why? Well, I lived in Bosnia for about six months, and I picked up a smattering, so it's become something I've always wanted to flesh out.

I'm divorced after a fairly long (17 year) marriage, and I'm trying to figure out what that means to me and my life. Everyone tells me it means I should go wild and crazy, but... meh. I don't think I have the kind of energy that it takes to go completely berserk.

I'm really good at anything to which I'm willing to apply myself (Give that sentence some credit, it had to work really hard to not end in a preposition). I think I've gone through life this way for so long that learning a new skill is frustrating for me, because I'm not immediately the best at it. I guess I'm also not very good at being humble.

You know, I'd have to write to some people and ask. I've been told that I have nice eyes and great legs. I've also been told that I look exactly like my pictures.

(C) Music: Rush, Queensryche, Vivaldi, Led Zeppelin, Beethoven, Pink Floyd, Audioslave, Alabama3, Asylum Street Spankers, and anything that is really bluesy-jazz (Or jazzy blues).

(D) Food: Mexican, Greek, Chinese... man, anything but Indian, really. My favorite meal is a good Beef Stroganoff.

This question really bothers me. I can learn to do without just about anything, except for the obvious answers like "air, food, water, sleep, shelter, medicine" - and how boring and obvious are those? That's true of every living human on the planet, so why bother listing them?

I can't even list "sex" as something I could never do without, because I *have* done without it, often for extended periods of times, and although I was unhappy, I survived.

It kind of bothers me when people list things like "diet coke" or "my cell phone" in there. You could not live without diet coke? Seriously? What a spoiled society we have become.

Maybe the question should read "The six thing I don't want to ever do without". In that case, my list is 'good food, intelligent conversation, games, quiet alone time, books, and kink.'

Most likely, playing ice hockey, although these days I may be simply "recovering from the week". Isn't it odd how, as you get older, it changes from "Yay! It's Friday! I can PAR-TAY!" to "Yay, It's Friday! I can SLEEP!"

Well, I've pretty much admitted a lot already, so the most private thing I'm willing to admit here is that I have six funny stories about poo. Well, I think they are funny, anyway. Check my journal - a couple of them are there.
