My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
-STRAIGHT TO THE POINT: I probably wont message you first. So it's now or never if you'd like to chat with me. Don't worry, I'm probably just as shy as you are, but I've wasted too much time on sending messages with no replies.

-REASON I'M HERE: I have no real reason to be here. I don't NEED a relationship for my life to function. However, I AM on this as a dating site. So if you message me and want to get to know me, know that the ultimate goal of this site was to get me into dating again.

HAVING CHILDREN IS A DEALBREAKER

-I AM EXTRAORDINARILY laid back. I am a United States Navy veteran and an employee of United Parcel Service (UPS) for 9 years strong. My income isn't outstanding by any means, but I do live on my own and can afford my own bills, vehicle maintenance, and groceries. I am independent and don't wish to rely on anyone's help to live.

-I AM ATTENDING school at Paradise Valley Community College. I'm not much of a school guy, but my military service pays for it so I figured it'd be wise to use it. I plan on following through with my education.

-I DO NOT DRINK and I am not looking for anyone who drinks regularly. I have no problems with a beer at a BBQ or a wedding, but I'd like to try and avoid the regular-basis drinkers. I've found that it leads to a lot less drama that way. My lifestyle is incredibly laid back, and I keep my group of friends small and drama-free. I see heavy or regular drinking is either A: Immature or B: A way to deal with depression. Trust me, speaking as a sailor I can tell you that I am guilty of both A and B. Now I'd like to avoid that crowd. I hope you understand. I will remind you that I am positively 420 friendly, as I believe it's effects are significantly harmless and just makes you hungry, maAaAaAaAnnnn....

-I AM A HUGE nerd. Since I was a child. From Star Wars to Star Trek. From Marvel to DC. From the NES to the PS4. From Doom to Starcraft. I'll pretty much get along with anyone who has a little bit of nerd in them somewhere.

I am also super low maintenance *yawwwn* Let's eat in tonight and watch a movie. Then tomorrow I can bring you lunch at work. Yep. #YOLODAWG
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Playing is cool, mostly. My schedule allows me to have a lot of free time. Time in which I could use to spend with a companion. I just wana game or something with you, dude. Or I can go out hiking, whichever. I'm a pretty versatile person.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
I've taken an interest in photography since high school. I learned from the beginning using a dark room and everything. It's been years since I've touched a dark room due to digital media... but I welcome digital media a lot more than film. Sorry film lovers, I'm more of a modern guy :) If you care to see some of my shots and edits, you can check out my work at http://anchorup.deviantart.com/gallery/

Using a keyboard/mouse. No, seriously. You have no idea how much that means to me (shows how exciting my life is, huh?). I can type lightning fast with few errors, using way above average grammar (I'm not a grammar god, but I usually pass English classes with As. Math on the other hand...)

On top of this, keyboard/mouse combo is the perfect gaming combination. You can't beat it. I almost feel entirely handicapped using a controller for most games. The only exception is fighting games. I am pretty damn competitive at fighting games, so if you play any...kudos.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I'm short for a male. Who needs to reach medicine cabinets anyways?

Other than that, it's gotta be this [sweet] beard right now.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

I really like reading Marvel and DC comics. I'm not a total comic expert, but I've read my fair share of the main continuities. Other things I have read are books from the Starcraft series as well as Star Wars. I don't read quite often, but every once in a while I'll pick up a comic or book and indulge.

As far as movies go: The Empire Strikes Back is the best movie ever made. How can you argue with that?

TV shows: American Pickers. It's the best show on TV. I love the History Channel.

Music: Metal mostly. Other than that would be some industrial and oldies. A few groups to list so you get the idea: Fear Factory, The Beach Boys, Dir en Grey, Suicidal Tendencies, In Flames, Dio, Creedence Clearwater Revival, Faith No More, Hatebreed, Mayhem, Siouxsie and the Banshees, Ministry, Pantera.

Food: I'll eat the crap out of some Mexican food. Next on the list would just be a big fat beefy burger from some fancy grill house.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
1. Family
2. Friends
3. Music (I'm so basic with these answers)
4. PC gaming (it's a necessity. PC MASTER RACE)
5. Metal shows
6. My little Chorizo Con Huevos (which is my Chihuahua)
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
What the world would be like without the word "the"
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Nerding out somewhere or at a concert. Whichever happens first.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Well now, these questions escalated quickly.
