I think this is pretty well evidenced by my background, often described as 'colourful' by my friends. I've variably worked as a newspaper reporter, an aide to a U.S. Senator, and a deputy cruise director on a ship in the Mediterranean.
This wealth of unique experiences has really enabled me to develop into the kind of person that can celebrate the good things in life and shrug off the bad things.
I'm an extremely empathetic person, and I wouldn't be anywhere close to where I am in my life if I didn't have my extraordinary ambition to make a difference in people's lives.
In my free time, I like directing amateur theatre productions. I think it’s a great creative outlet and it's just awesome to see a production coming together from the directorial perch. I especially love comedy, and my ability to make people laugh is something I really value.
Above anything else, I think you'd need to get to grips with my adventurous streak before we started going out -- whether it's trying out an exotic new recipe in the kitchen or going whitewater kayaking, I'm always wanting to try something new!
