Silly, Runny, and Autodidactic...ic
My self-summary Propose an edit
I am currently working as a respiratory therapist and
it's turning out to be a good gig so I'll probably stick with it. I
have my bachelors degree in psychology so I am a good listener
and am frequently the emotional tampon of my friends. LOL I am a
Buddhist but you
wouldn't know it from the amount of swearing I do, mostly at work,
never around the kids. I am a competitive runner, not world class but I win some
medals every once in a while. I am interested in early 20th century
literature,
ancient history
and mythology. I
also like playing poker (hold 'em) and some video games
(guitar hero). I enjoy going out to eat and trying different foods,
but I am a pretty good cook too. I am also a member of MENSA.
What I'm doing with my life Propose an edit
I run regularly and I
train to improve my times. I also do some weight training. I have
run 3 marathons
so far, but it's not my favorite race. I am working on my advanced
certification in respiratory therapy. After I complete that I may
go to school to be a PA (physicians assistant), but it would have
to be in critical care. I love the energy of the E.R. I am
currently exploring the film noir genre ogf movies and I'm
liking it. I like to play game and do puzzles and riddles (makes me
sharp so I don't feel stupid in front of the other MENSA
people)
I am constantly learning new things, mostly by accident. It seems
that I learn things I have no intention of learning and forget the
stuff I want to remember. I am an autodidact. I like to learn what
I want, when I want, and most importantly...for free. I'm not made
of money kids!
I'm really good at Propose an edit
Running, cooking, doin stuff. I like to cook chinese food or just
go out and eat it which is acutally easier but doesn't make as big
a mess as I like. I like to go to the museum and say over and over
"i can't believe someone acutally did that". I've been to the
Louvre, and no other museum has come close yet. Been there 4 times
and have yet to see the whole thing

I spend a lot of time thinking about Propose an edit
The meaning of life. I am constantly evaluating myself as a parent
and a person. Maybe it's the buddhist in me trying to force it's
way through the hangover...who knows.
On a typical Friday night I am Propose an edit
Either working or hanging out with my kids.
The most private thing I'm willing to admit here Propose an edit
Hmmm... I will pick up a spider and let it go outside rather than
kill it. I don't like to kill baby!! bamm

or Paris or art or stuff about other stuff. I enjoy going out and
