I enjoy beer, video games and movies most people wouldn't watch. I paint in my free time. I have a handful of tattoos and quite a few piercings.

I listen to BBC World Service in the morning. After 20 years I am still not tired of playing Dr. Mario. I don't go out as often as I used to, but you'll probably find me getting a beer with the boys after work.

Working. I try to crash with friends in California whenever I can break away.

Netflix and Cinemageddon pretty much own my evenings. I enjoy most Kubric films, the Aliens series, anything with zombies in it, Romero films, anything Evil Dead or with Bruce Campbell. I have also been known to fancy Tunnel Vision, Outland, Dune, the Mad Max trilogy, and anything remotely connected to Mike Judge or David Attenborough. Recently I've been exploring weird exploitation films from the 70's and 80's.

I have spastic taste in music: Synth Pop, Dat Politics, FreezePop, but but also Propagandhi,NOFX and Combat Crisis, 90's alternative.

I'll eat anything for the most part but I'm especially partial to SUSHI and tasting things I've never experienced before.

Beer: liquid bread and good for you.

My friends and associates: Probably cause more harm than good.

Experience: Trying new things. I read a lot and I'm a media and culture consuming automaton [I'll watch/read/listen to just about anything if it has a chance of being interesting (and sometimes even if it does not)].

Fruity Computer Technology: Tack on video games and cooking.

Humor: Embarrassment and a recoil over the disgusting have their place as long as delicate sensibilities don't alienate you from enjoying life. Gross and awkward things are often hilarious.

Brains: Sometimes I crave the flesh of human beings (you know, like zombie movies and rolling around under blankets); also robots. Really, I like learning about the world, the people, and places around me.

Fruity computers and the ever present threat of a zombie apocalypse.

I recently moved. My old place had a bumble bee nest and my new place has a fig tree. I am not sure it was a good trade.

I paid to see Weird Al this year.
