My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
My name's Marc, I'm 25 and left-handed! I have been writing self-summaries on online profiles for close to ten years, and yet I have never been able to write a "self-summary" that I was happy with. Ah well!
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I'm an assistant manager at a crazy concept shop in Chelsea full-time, and when I'm not there I'm probably home listening to music, out catching a concert, or wandering around with friends.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Conversation! I could probably talk about anything to anybody.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Who knows really? Such an esoteric question.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
Music: My favorite two bands are The Mountain Goats and The Thermals, but I could go on for days about any number of artists that I love. Recently I've really gotten into traditional American and British folk music.

Books: I'm a huge Sci-Fi, Fantasy, and History nerd. The original Dune series by Frank Herbert, or A Song of Ice and Fire by G.R.R.Martin are probably my favorites.

Movies & Shows: My favorite movie ever is Grosse Point Blank, but I'm much more of a TV guy. My favorite show ever was Chuck, but right now it's probably Parks & Rec or Doctor Who.

Food: I love all food! Always down to try something new.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
1) My Friends
2) My Family
3) Music
4) Independence
5) The Internet
6) Headphones
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
All sorts of stuff. Music, current events, that one time me and/or one of my friends did something really ridiculous.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Getting together with friends and hanging around, going out for drinks or food, going to a concert. I'm down for just about anything as long as there's good company!
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
is private!
