Living it. I've lived a life that could be written as an independent movie (like 9 songs), and I think there should be more to it till I'm dead just with the least drama possible. In addition to dating site profile writing, I also study something ridiculous at Harvard.

being in each moment that is precious.
Being tactfully honest (about you, not about me, Im brutal on myself), picking up on subtle clues, and recognizing people who are incredible even when they hide.

Using metaphor in descriptive situational comedy:
My mind is in a marginal state of disorder, like a board game tossed to the floor. All the pieces are there somewhere, and you'll find them all eventually....hopefully before you step on any... or the vacuum will get them.

I will try to pronounce your name correctly. Though, Sara is tough in a boston accent (luckily I don't have one). I will maintain eye contact with you. Why deprive myself of the chance to make you blush. And I will make you laugh.

Wow, there’s a lot to speak about for these topics...ok, here goes:

Authors lately: Dostoyevski, Kant, Kafka, Milton Friedman, Thich Nhat Hanh, Bulgakov, E.A. Poe, Locke, Karl Marx, Nagel, Dennett, Bertrand Russell, and a shit-load more. Written word is amazing to me on so many levels. I wouldn’t call myself a writer, but a penciler of stuff. I appreciate sentimental transfer of ideas, and think there is so much worthwhile in thoughts and impressions that can be only conveyed through another's words. If only I could have the author's speak them to me, so I could bask in a further level to those ideas.

Movies: comedy, action, drama, indy, sci-fi, chick flicks (yeah, I know). I tend to like off the wall stuff, something that is experientially powerful, so I dont watch TV.

Music: IM OBSESSED WITH DUBSTEP (whoa caps). I don't like country. the rest I would give a listen to, but especially - live music, electronica (fav is trance), rock, black metal, string-instrumental, classical, jazz, hip-hop, opera, and abstract performances by the neighbors in a hotel room (not an actual band name, though, it should be). There's way too much to list by individual band names, but if its good, I'll be happy to try.
I especially like music without a video attached to it, in another language, or without lyrics. Free's up my perceptive capabilities to be held in imagination and appreciation. Though a great stage performance is a wonderful additive.

Food: my own cooking, pizza, other people's cooking, Indian food, vegetables, rice... great, now I'm hungry.

I spend a lot of time thinking about heavy topics like post-coital hairdo's, who would win in a fight Sarah Palin or Tina Fey, how I can change the past...

I realize that the only difference between the man I am and the man I want to be is Being. So, I imagine who I am and how I develop the world around me.

I like the comfort of the near-certainty with which we assume that Friday nights will come and pass, but to me, that doesn't mean each one is not a once in a lifetime opportunity.

I can drink well, but don't feel any need to just because of the day.

I'm probably daydreaming about time shared with a near stranger who either doesnt speak english or just shuts up and we spend hours lavishly pressing our running noses together on the T in the winter.

I probably get more enjoyment out of writing and reading my own profile than any of you do.
