I am Understanding, Tolerant, and Unique.

My Self-Summary

Went to Centennial College for Tool & Die, and ended up getting a related job. I tend not to go out and party much. I spend quite a bit of time just relaxing alone or with close friends watching TV, Movies, or Gaming. I always love to go out and see a movie in theaters with friends. I always find it hard to summarize myself... at least without questions to answer.

Even though it says I joined in 2005, I have not touched this thing since I did some random quiz. I decided to become more active in 2008, so I guess that should be my real join date... as a random observation

What I’m doing with my life

Got a job in the Tool & Die field as an apprentice/fly cutter. Takes up my weeks. Friday-Sunday is time to just rest, or hang with friends.

I’m really good at

Videogames and Boardgames

I am slightly above average at Pool as well (though I am trying real hard to become good/great)

also some forms of useless trivia, such as Urban Legends

The first things people usually notice about me

I'm not sure, maybe my taste in shirts or beard

My favorite books, movies, music, and food

Books- Neuromancer, Hitchhikers Guide To The Galaxy, Worst Case Scenario Series, Popbot, Watchmen, Wanted, The Dark Tower Series

Movies- Equilibrium, The Matrix Trilogy, Robocop, Battle Royale, Samurai movies, Ghost in the Shell, 300, Cloverfield, Ichi the Killer, Speedracer, Serenity, Hard Boiled, Dawn of the Dead ...some others that I can't think of right now but I like movies alot

TV- The Mole, Battlestar Galactica, Lost, Penn&Teller's Bullshit, Mythbusters, Dexter, Entourage, Doctor Who, The Middleman, Fringe, Californications

Music- Mostly rock but it is just all over the place

The six things I could never do without

Vital Organs- don't see this listed much, seems sort of important... guess Im just being a smartass

Friends

Stories- in the form of verbal, games, movies, or books. They always make things interesting

Freedom of Thought- for example if there was thought police (like in Equilibrium) or mind control it would suck big time.

...this seems like something to think about adding more stuff too

I spend a lot of time thinking about

Life, death, reality and other philosophical topics (Metaphysics and Ethics mostly)... I hate it when Philosophy causes me to not be able to sleep because of thinking too much.

On a typical Friday night I am

Not doing to much (sleeping), playing games, hanging out with friends, or watching a movie

The most private thing I’m willing to admit here

I have done some Knitting for a summer when I knew I would have a tonne of spare time. Knit a 10-12 foot scarf (estimate have not measured)

You should message me if

If you would want to talk to someone new or have nothing better to do.
