I'm an arty guy working in graphic and web design. I spend a lot of my spare time working on drawings or sitting around in coffee shops (sometimes both at the same time). One day I hope to be making money from drawing. I'm currently working on a couple of projects that may help that dream come true!

I enjoy reading, going to museums or the theatre, going to the cinema and picking the movie apart afterwards over a beverage. I enjoy to cook, but don't cook for myself as often as I should - but I do big roasts for my housemates from time to time. I like sunny holidays by the sea and camping holidays, and sometimes just spending a weekend somewhere new or meeting new people.

I play games, but mostly old games. I'd rather play as a bubble-blowing dinosaur or a wannabe pirate than a musclebound space marine. I watch some TV, but mainly current affairs shows or comedies. I am a bit obsessed with Twitter, which I mainly use to throw out bad jokes.

I don't care for sports at all. I feel like a strange minority because of this.

I'm really looking for someone to enjoy spending time with, who is positive, laid back and can hold their own in a conversation about any topic. Hugs are very welcome at all times.

I'm also a sucker for a nice smile, and will do what i can to see it as often as I can!

I work on websites and brochure designs all day, and spend my free time either drawing or agonising over what to do or where to go next.

Drawing, cooking, listening, talking about anything at all, making bad puns

Usually my glasses, which I don't tend to agree is my defining physical feature... They're not even a very strong prescription!

Books: Pratchett, Philip Pullman, Mark Haddon, non-fiction
Movies: Star Wars (not the prequels), LotR trilogy, The Muppets, The Actor... My #1 fave is The Truman Show.
Shows: I don't watch a lot of TV any more. Notable recent shows include Doctor Who, Game of Thrones, current affairs and too many cooking shows.
Music: I don't listen to much music except the stuff I liked years ago. I have been listening to a lot of orchestral stuff and soundtracks lately.
Food: My roast potatoes, recently knocking my bolognase from the top spot.

Internet; coffee; drawing equipment; games... actually I could happily survive with just those four, thanks!

Unwinding, wondering why I don't go out as much as I used to. Alternatively, down the pub remembering exactly why I don't go out as much as I used to.

It bugs me that so many people misread this section and don't include anything about themselves. Oh no! Now I've done the same thing!
