What I’m doing with my life
Studying old food
and writing on my PhD-paper. Sometimes I dive into medieval recipes and try to cook
some of old and strange food I can found in there. I have recently
just finished interpreting a medieval cookbook, so those of
you who can read Swedish will have a chance at cooking Danish 13th
century recipes.
I’m really good at

unrealisable ideas, being a food & history geek in general.
