My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Fuck this.
I'm easily bored.
You're unlikely to actually understand me. I don't.
You're unlikely going to want to.
I like talking about weird things. I like weird things. I like interesting things, and people, and talking and thinking and sleeping. I don't care what you want, just talk.
I swear too much, but I don't care to do anything about it.
Sweet dreams.
I'm pretending to be fond of life, I'm not sure if I'm still lying.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I'm not here. Are you? Are they?
And having purple hair. I like that. It's been a while since last time.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
I don't think I'm particularly good at anything in particular, but then again, as with other things, I may be wrong.
Oh, wait, I know one thing I'm good at. I'm good at being a moron.
And apparently I'm actually quite good at being boring and unsocial.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I don't really know. What do you see?
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
Fiction, classics, facts. Strange, mysterious stories are my favourite. Give me the mad, sad, bad (and scary) stuff, but to mention a few:
Lolita, the Chosen, the Perks of Being a Wallflower, anything by Neil Gaiman, Nightlight; I love me a good parody! (sung very melodiously)
Sin City (we all love Kevin), Dead Poets Society, V for Vendetta, Watchmen, the Butterfly Effect, Boondock Saints 1 and 2, Jeeves and Wooster, Black Books, random drama-series that I find myself too lazy not to watch, the list goes on.
Beethoven, Bach, Mozart, Chopin and Dutilleux. Game soundtracks from the Castlevania and the Silent Hill series, Stonegard, Get Scared, Shining, Blood on the Dance Floor, Malice Mizer, Meshugga, Ram-Zet, Phillip Glass, Vocaloid, I could do this forever.
I do, of course like other sorts of music, and I can tolerate listening to, and perhaps even like most music.
I'm not particularly fond of indian; curry and all that follows, but as long as it doesn't contain garlic or chilli I'm usually fine. Even oysters and brains. Well, except that I don't like eating, so, I have to be hungry, really hungry.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
People I like, stories, sleep, water, sleep and a decent internet connection.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
How wonderful it would be to stop thinking, just for a second. To let someone else do the thinking for me. I want to be stupid again.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Hopefully not bored, hopefully not depressed, hopefully not tired.
Usually not so hopeful.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
That I don't even want to consider thinking about where my privacy line goes.
