It's been two years since I've moved to the bay area. I spent the last 5 years in Minnesota; before that I was living and working in Tokyo. I'm originally from Detroit; born, raised, and primarily schooled in Michigan. This time I've made my way to San Francisco and I'm eager to celebrate life, explore, make new friends!

I have an amazing Australian Cattle Dog named Smurfy, I love her to death. I enjoy skiing, rock climbing, running, jumping rope, playing tennis, working out, camping, traveling, learning salsa dancing, and riding my motorcycle.

If I'm not working/learning - I'm playing - if I'm not playing - I'm relaxing. Everything I do needs to serve some purpose. Unless of course I'm mindlessly scrolling through my facebook newsfeeds looking for something to "like".

Exercise
Exercise: it makes sense, it's fair, it's impartial, it doesn't care who I know or how cool I am. It gives what it gets. I rely on it's accountability. If I work hard - I get results. The rest of this world isn't so fair.
