My self-summary
At this point in my life I feel very fulfilled. I eat whatever I want, I go where ever I want, I have a great job and education, great family, the best friends anyone can ever ask for, and I am generally very happy with my life. The only thing missing is that special someone by my side to share life's many joys with and to feel that special bond that only people who are madly, deeply in love with each other feel. I miss that. But if friendship is all that comes of us that's great too, you can't have too many friends!

I'm here in search of something long term. I definitely don't have commitment issues and I feel I have a lot to offer a nice girl. I know how to treat a lady and in return all I expect is loyalty, trust, and love.

I am pretty much into the same things everyone else is in terms of having a good time, but I am extremely unique in terms of my personality. I can be very serious when I have to be but I prefer to be laughing and having a great time with everyone around me. Working hard is important to me but it isn't the only thing and I never lose sight of that. I think playing hard is just as big a part of life as working hard is. For this reason I do tend to go out a lot and enjoy life rather than sitting at home.

I am very picky and I don't tolerate lies, unreliability, or games. I want to be in a relationship, but not a bad relationship. Also, i'm not a serial dater. Don't get me wrong, it's always exciting to meet a new girl and go out on a first date, but know what I want.

I was raised to respect women and treat them well. I like doing nice things for the person I love and generally love romance. I love to hold hands, open the car door for you, pull out your chair at dinner, and treat my girlfriend like the princess she deserves to feel like. If you want to be abused and star in your own personal drama then I'm just not the right guy for you. Very few people admit they like that, but based on how many people tolerate it I'd say that isn't true.

I hate pretentious people and anyone who walks around with their nose in the air. I like to associate only with "real" down to Earth people who are comfortable in their own skin, speak their mind, and know who they are. People who are always trying to "find theirselves" have nothing to find and are just missing out on life as they search for somethign abstract in a very real world. I hate that. Just be yourself and be comfortable, as long as someone does that we can hang.

I also LOVE to travel. I've been to some really cool places for work, my favorites were Cambodia and Thailand. It really opened my eyes as to how different most of the world is from our paradigm. It also opened my eyes and made me value what I have and how blessed I am. Along with that comes a duty to help others, something I really believe in. To whom much is given, from whom much is owed.

Music is a huge part of my life. Live music or good music of any kind has the power to change my mood and put me at ease.
What I’m doing with my life
I have my own law firm and practice criminal defense. I'm very used to hearing "But they didn't read me my rights!" (No, that pretty much never matters). I also love volunteering.

-My career
-Ending conflicts

What I'm looking for: I really want someone who's a good conversationalist. I can sit and talk for hours (I am a lawyer, lol) as long as I'm with good company. So of course my "match" should be someone I love talking to. I don't really have a "type" in terms of appearance or personality, I think love comes in very different packages. I don't necessarily need to be with someone who shares similar opinions with me because I respect variety and value when someone stands up for what they believe in even though there may be disagreement. It's important to me that whoever I'm with is happy most of the time, driven in their own goals but supportive of mine too, well-spoken, easy-going, funny, and that we can have fun no matter what we're doing. I think a good relationship is defined by doing absolutely nothing with the person you're with and you still feel there's no where else that you'd rather be if they weren't there by your side.
