My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I'm pretty sure that on December 18th, J.J. Abrams is going to become my hero.

I trust the wisdom Calvin & Hobbes.

I enjoy getting in the car, putting on some music, driving around randomly, and seeing where I end up.

My number one most played Pandora station is "80's Throwback (90's Comeback)"

I think one of the most important things you can do in life is to be yourself. If people don't like you for who you are then it's there loss. Unless you're a jerk. If you're a jerk you should probably stop being one and more people will like you.

I make a mean sour cream apple pie. If you've never had this before, you should. Assuming you like apples and pie of course.

In winter I wear mittens that flip back and become fingerless gloves because......bad ass.

I have a Han Solo in carbonite ice cube tray.

I box 3 to 4 times a week.

I feel this tells you everything you need to know to get a decent picture of who I am.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I have a job I enjoy at a fantastic Reinsurance company. I really enjoy working in the Millyard.

Before I got my BA I studied Chemistry, Photography, Physics, Philosophy, Literature, and and History. After getting my BA my insatiable quest for knowledge led me to an MBA and an MS In Organizational Leadership.

I'm a "Big", that's half my "Little's" face in the picture. On a side note, remember the cartoon "The Little's"? You should.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Math, lame but true. Academics in general I suppose!

Cooking, I haven't made anything I won't eat.

I enjoy fixing things around the house. I have zen-like moments deconstructing things and figuring out how they work.

In addition I can Waltz and sort of do the robot, pretty impressive eh?
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
My smile I think. I've still got dimples and I have nice teeth, who doesn't like dimples?
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
Books: I'm always reading something and I make active use of my library card.
Movies: My favourites are: 1. Star Wars (ESB especially), The Winter Soldier, and then a few hundred tied for 3rd. I've got a soft spot for 80's flicks, thinkers, and bad movies.
Shows: Arrested Development, Game of Thrones (Best intro EVER), The IT Crowd, 24, BSG, Arrow, Breaking Bad, Fawlty Towers. I'm more of a Netflix than live TV person. I only ever saw 2 episodes of Lost. Don't judge me. Also , if you're not watching DareDevil on Netflix you should be, trust me.
Music: I love music of all types. My iPod is a menagerie of genres. Punk, metal, classical, rock, new wave, pop, it's all good. Except for gangster rap, well even some of that is still good!
I just started building up my record collection, nothing sounds quite like vinyl.
Food: I'll try just about anything once. Unless it's blood pudding. Well, I'd even give that a try.
Edit: i've had blood pudding in Ireland, and it's pretty dang good.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
A good laugh
My iPod/ turntable
My books
Insulin, since I've got Type 1 Diabetes. If you don't know the difference between Type 1 and Type 2, check it out before making any judgement calls. :)
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Anything and everything, my brain seems to constantly be multitasking.

Why does everyone these days prefer texting? Whatever happened to a nice old fashioned conversation? Not that there's anything wrong with texting, but let's chat now and again.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
There is no typical Friday night.

However, Sunday nights I'm usually getting stuff ready for the week and listening to records while doing so. I know, I know....super cool!
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I have 8 tattoos, chances are I'll get more.

I once got hit by my own car. If you're lucky (or just ask) I'll tell you the story.

I've been told I'm a gentleman, I'm classy like that.

In case you couldn't tell, I'm a nerd.

You won't refer to me as "bae".

If you know who Danger Mouse is (please note, not the DJ), because then you are clearly meant to be my friend!

You can at least appreciate my love for 80's music / old school rap.

Because we might have a decent conversation.
