Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Moved to Denver from Brooklyn in early February, so I'm still
newish here. I'm really excited for my first Autumn in
I moved to Denver to get away from the coastal mega-cities. I love
camping and hiking, seeing live music outdoors, and enjoying great
weather outside while drinking good local beer.
I split my work days between my downtown office and my home office.
I just can't bring myself to put on a suit five days a week.
Weekends and weeknights are for fun! Coffee, tea, pizza, beer,
camping, and hiking.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I'm settling into my new city! My days are spent working, but my
evenings and weekends are open, so I'm seeing some local live
music, enjoying some local breweries, and meeting new people.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Making rustic loaves of bread and adjusting the valves on vintage
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I like to talk to as many people as I can at parties. New friends
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
I like pretty much any book that comes well recommended, so if
anything, drop me a suggestion in a message.
Movies, I'm a big fan of the Coen Brothers, everything Pixar
(especially Wall-E and Brave), and anything that had Joss Whedon
attached in any way.
For TV, I don't have one, so it's mostly what I can binge on
Netflix. Again, Joss Whedon anything, I'm a sucker for Ken Burns,
but not a fan of anything along the lines of "World's Blank-est
Blank!" or "America's Top Whatever".
Music, I could listen to anything, but I'm not into to Jam bands,
Rap, or Electronic. I can listen to The Hold Steady exclusively for
days, love Americana and Folk, Blues, pretty much anything.
Food, I'm open to anything. Can it be eaten? I'll eat it, at least
once. For example, tripe: better than it sounds. Haggis: no, I
think once was enough. Steamed peas: NOPE.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
There's only one thing I could never do without and that would be a
bottle of seltzer water. And a lime. So, two things. Seltzer, lime,
and a knife to cut it with, and a glass.
The four things I could never live without would be a bottle of
seltzer, a lime, a knife to cut it with, and a glass. With ice and
a cocktail umbrella.
There. Six things.
Can I have a few more? A good book, Pandora, a camera, and a lint
roller. For the cat hair.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
out and about. I'd rather be out than in, unless in includes game
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I wear an apron when I cook.
You should message me if
Offer a few tips to help matches win you over.
I'm new to Denver, so message me if there's something great I
should experience! I'm looking for friends as well as dating, so if
you think having a drink and telling stories for a bit sounds good,
