My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Life can be really silly sometimes, so I try not to take the unimportant things too seriously.
I think that clever sarcasm is perhaps the most amazing thing ever; it is a language that is hard to master but when you get it right fireworks go off, music plays from the heavens, and you then realize that it's the Fourth of July and you're a bit drunk. Good times though, right?
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
LA area native who formerly studied Anthropology at UCLA, hence the username. I co-founded the National Coalition Against Prescription Drug Abuse, an advocacy group for the prevention of all issues related to prescription drug abuse. I am also really passionate about human rights, and have done a fair amount of organizing for many progressive activist groups, mostly groups within the anti-war movement but I have also worked with environmental, social justice, LGBTQ rights, and veteran's groups respectively.

My main goals in life are to make a positive impact on as many people as possible, and as long as I can keep on working towards achieving that, I will be happy. Also I own 2 Snuggies, I'm not sure how this happened..

I also work for a company that does a chainsaw ice-carving stage show. Duties have included doing the whitest dances possible on stage in front of a couple thousand people.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Empathizing with others and helping to make people feel better. If it's funny and you're bummed out, I'll do some ridiculous things to cheer you up!. Also I'm pretty damn decent at Jeopardy and bar trivia!

I read a lot of things, and I love love looove Kurt Vonnegut; Bluebeard, Cat's Cradle, Hocus Pocus, Player Piano, Slapstick and Sirens of Titan all of it. Satire and dark comedy like that in general makes me pretty happy. I'm working my way through a lot of classics at the moment and I really LOVE book suggestions. please?

I like lots of movies; Jurassic Park, The Big Lebowski, This is Spinal Tap, Zoolander, Super Troopers, Clerks, Forrest Gump, Wall-E, Gattaca, Star Wars, Back to the Future, Evil Dead, and Silence of the Lambs. I could talk all day about movies.

T.v. Shows:
The Simpsons is the best show ever.
The Venture Brothers, Arrested Development, The Office, Jeopardy!, Futurama, The Daily Show, The Colbert Report, The Newsroom, Game of Thrones, The Walking Dead, Archer, It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, The Twilight Zone, Cosmos.

I have an organic garden that supplies me with much joy. I also have a lot of experience making vegetarian food (though I'm not vegetarian) and I also bake with moderate success.
