My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Inquisitive by nature I am the type of person that wants to expand my mind not only in my chosen field but in the variety of human endeavors. Although my primary passion is medicine I wish there was time enough in the day to drive into things I know only as a amateur. I love music, film, architecture, cosmology, and literature. I try not to take myself to seriously and enjoy what the city has to offer.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Starting my career in medicine is an exciting and wonderful time (starting my Otolaryngology- head and neck surgery residency this Summer!). I've spent much of my life training to be a physician where surgery has become my passion. Giving people the chance to pursue their destinies by not only extending life, but improving quality of life and functionality is my primary motivation.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Finding common ground with the most unlikely of people
I enjoy writing (mainly short stories these days)
The art of storytelling (from ancient mythology to weird jokes)
Ridiculous movie trivia
Impersonating Robert De Niro (You talkin to me?)
I'm good with my hands (indian percussion, Tabla)
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Although I'm in a serious profession when it comes to things outside that world I'm genuinely interested in learning about other peoples passions. I can go from wacky to philosophical to pragmatic as I feel the need throughout the day.
