Why Scottish? Well I was born in Scotland, and I moved here to the United States in 1995. I have been a proud citizen for a number of years now. Nevertheless, I still talk a little funny.
And maverick? See, I'm an off the beaten track kind of guy. I bristle at "conventional wisdom". Iconoclastic is one of my favorite words. So if you are looking for a regular guy you might want to stop reading. I think that guy in the next profile is real nice. He has a great smile, don't you think? And that guy next to him, his profile is a hoot!!
Zesty? What's up with that? For me, I think a passion for life is the most attractive quality of all, don't you? Though, I am a guy, so that "passion for life" thingie and a great butt would be ideal.
Since my teens, I have been involved with the computer software business. I helped pay for college writing computer software, and today I still do all that goofy computer stuff. Who knew you could make a decent living having fun?
What does that mean to you, a potential companion? Fear not. With the advent of the Web, we geeks have access to a lot more information about those “social skills” everyone keeps talking about. So I now shower almost every Sunday (whether I need it or not), I'm in rehab for my Angry Birds addiction, and I have an unopened bottle of cologne which I promise to use when we get together.
My passion? My children, the greatest kids in the world -- most of the time. They are so awesome they make me cry. They live with Mom, but I try to spend as much time with them as possible. I hope I can be as great as they are when I grow up.
My goal? Build a zesty friendship with a delightful woman, who appreciates being treated like the special person she is, and who likes to laugh A LOT.
If you are not scared off by the geekiness and the strange, foreign accent. If you often find yourself so far off the beaten track you wish you had brought your GPS. If you think you are “zesty” or want to be, then really, we should chat! I’ll probably be contacting you, but feel free to say “Hi!”, “What’s up?” or just plain “Meow!”
Thanks for reading, and whatever your future holds, I hope that it is full of friends, fun and laughter, but most of all, I hope it is zesty.
