Your Notes

My Self-Summary
So, where to start. I'm not an average person. I don't think there is such a thing as an average person, but if there is, I'm not him. And I wouldn't go as far as to say I was special either, as that brings connotations of licking windows and yellow buses to mind.
So in summary, not average and not special. How's that?
What I’m doing with my life
I’m really good at
To be honest, if I put my mind to something I can usually do it very well. I just tend not to put my mind to it :)
My favorite books, movies, music, and food
Books? Well, all kinds but I'm currently reading the book that my best friend has just had published. I was kind of dreading reading it in case I didn't like it, but I'm loving it! Of course, I'm featured which always helps any publication but I wasn't looking forward to having to tell him that I didn't enjoy it. Or lying. Oh, and I love Hunter S Thompson.
And I love films! I have a ridiculous number of DVDs in perhaps every genre. My absolute favourites though? Oooo, quite an eclectic mix: The Big Leboski, Old Boy, Predator (gotta love Arnie!), The Incredibles... The list goes on! Oh, and all the Coen brothers films (though I know I've already mentioned Lebowski...)
Music - I know it sounds cheesy but I like all kinds of music, I'm not particularly into one scene. If pushed, I'll narrow my favourite genre to late 60s/70s funk and rock - you can't beat James brown and Jimi Hendrix - golden era for music!
The six things I could never do without
I spend a lot of time thinking about
On a typical Friday night I am
'Fancy coming for a drink this evening?' 'Sure, but I'll only come out for a couple, I've got to get home and get stuff done.'
Undoubtedly I stagger home after 10 pints and achieve absolutely nothing. And the next day is a complete write-off due to a crushing hangover.
