Hey I'm McGair and yes that is my first name. Anyway my self-summary: life is pretty great and I have some of the best family and friends a person could ever ask. I'm both an outdoorsy and creative type. I enjoy a weekend camping and fishing as much as going to a concert or seeing a new play. I love to write and would one day love to be able to share my work.

Okay, onto the speed round - I vote Democrat. I'll talk to anybody or rather everybody likes to talk to me. I'm going to start a tumblr someday just to keep track of the weird conversations I keep having with strangers. I want to visit French Polynesia and Africa before I die. I love a good story, having something to work towards, my DVR, and perhaps someone cool to share my time with. I also don't care about ending sentences with prepositions. Think that covers enough for now.

Working my way through academia in pursuit of my teaching certification and Master's. My goal is to teach special education and perhaps eventually higher Ed.

In the past year I've started taking part in the training program with Philly Improv Theatre Company. It's a great way to de-stress and be surrounded by hilarious people. Just founded a comedy team with a couple of friends and I can't wait to find out just how not funny we are.

I'm also trying to make myself a more well-rounded human so I'm cooking more, teaching myself to play golf, and trying to read a book a month. Success has varied.

I'm pretty good at accents, always having a weird anecdote to share, and keeping a good sense of direction.

Things I'm really bad at: throwing a football, keeping a straight face, figuring out how much to tip a server (as a former server this fact really embarrasses me).

Black women love my name. Everyone else I have no idea.

- big ugly laughs. The kind people are either too self-conscious about or are not self-conscious enough about.

Should I post a shirtless selfie on here or not? Probably, definitely not.

Out seeing a show or at a bar with some friends. That or maybe taking in a game or just relaxing in front of the TV.

I dislike cell phones. I have one, I use it but I could care less about it.
