My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Greetings. I'm a transplant from the Dallas, TX area, but I've lived in Seattle for almost a decade. I graduated from the University of Washington in Seattle in 2009, and never left. As a former athlete and Eagle Scout, I'm big on the outdoors (hiking, backpacking, skiing, fishing, etc.), but also enjoy the couch and all it has to offer.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I've been employed with the U.S. federal government for the past five years. I'm fortunate to have a great job which allows me close to 100 days off a year (in addition to weekends), unlimited overtime, and constant challenges. Opportunities for upward mobility abound, so I may be in it for the long haul.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Calming down a room and making people at ease with one another. Oh, and Oregon Trail ;)
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Eyes and physique.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
Books: mystery and suspense - recently into political thrillers. Movies: action, comedy, sci-fi, horror -- pretty much anything. Shows: SportsCenter and most anything on Netflix. Music: mostly country, but I've gone through the phases. At the moment, my favorite artists are Joe Nichols, Jason Aldean, Cole Swindell and Eric Paslay. Food: American, Mexican, Italian, Chinese, Thai or Japanese.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Friends. Family. Travel. Sports. Faith. Nature.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Long term financial goals, where my next vacation will be, what my next meal will be, and where tomorrow will take me!
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Hanging with the guys, resting up for OT, or packing to get out of the city for a couple of days.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I have been known to be a neat freak, and oddly enough find cleaning to be therapeutic. Ha

Offer a few tips to help matches win you over.
You are routinely kept up at night debating which bothers you more - cyclists riding on sidewalks, or cyclists riding on the road with traffic.
