My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
When I'm not developing the brains of adolescents, cultivating life-long leaners, and influencing the future of our society as a high school English teacher, I'm usually volunteering for the Make A Wish Foundation to help facilitate the dying wishes of terminally ill children...OK, the last part's not entirely true...but I did tear up when I heard the story about Bat Kid. And the teaching thing's legit.

Laughter is a must for me. I can find the humor in almost anything and lean toward the sarcastic side. Loyalty runs deep in me. I have known all of my best friends for over twenty years and have been the best man in four weddings (As they say "always a groomsman...").
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Because I’ve been blessed with a good life and great friends, I’ve been driven to “pay it forward” by making a difference in the world, so I chose teaching as a career. I am a high school English teacher in an inner-city school, and I love I working with kids and being a positive role model to those who really need one.

One of my greatest passions is traveling. Recently, I’ve been to the Greek islands, Thailand, Iceland, and the Grand Caymans. I’m looking for that special someone who shares my sense of adventure.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Organizing trips and planning vacations
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I look kinda like Stu from the Hangover...just need that Mike Tyson face tattoo

The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
1) Friends/Family
2) Laughter
3) Music
4) My computer
5) Books
6) Dwarf tossing...just wanted to make sure you weren't zoning out
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
New restaurants, activities, and travel destinations
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Trying a new restaurant (usually one that calls green beans "haircot verts," cheese "fromage," and/or donunts "bombolini"), having a drink with friends, or watching a movie
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I like wine tasting, but I chose Two-Buck-Chuck as the best wine in a blind taste test. (God only knows how much money that saves me every year).
