Ich vies nicht was tsu heir auch sagen. I learned German in college and spent many months in Berlin, but that was almost ten years ago (no, I'm not military). My German skills aren't what they used to be.

I don't know what to say - I like sci-fi, action movies and amusement parks. I am a classicly trained musician, but no longer desire to go to concerts (too boring). I have only been to one rock concert in my life and that was just a couple of years ago! I am a hard worker, dedicated father and enjoy interacting with people from every walk of life.

I took a course in Russian many years ago and was able to use it on my many trips there. I suppose you could say that I knew enough to get myself into trouble. When the locals started talking, I quickly found I couldn't keep up. Luckily, German was a second language and when they discovered I spoke that language better, the discussion would shift languages and I was better able to follow along. Unfortunatly, not everyone there speaks German...

Right now, the economy. I have been spared the many axes at work, but many of my friends have not been so lucky. I am concerned about them and try to help where I can. I also think about where we will be in two or three years? Will the economy have recovered? Will the stock market be soaring? Will inflation be like it was 20+ years ago? Will we survive 2012?

Watching TV at home with my family or out shopping at the mall.
