My self-summary Propose an edit

I'm David, a 25 y/old member of the IT Crowd. I'm friendly, geeky and an all-round nice guy.

I just recently changed professions, now working as a Technical Consultant which means that I spend 95% of my time working from home for (at the moment) 2 companies, soon to be 3... I'm beginning to suffer cabin fever from it, I think.

I'm looking to make new friends preferably in North London, as I could do with some new people to hang out with so I don't spend all that 95% of my time at home. But I honestly don't mind chatting to anyone anywhere. :)

I'm pretty much into a lot of things. Big interests would be;
Anime, Manga, Video Games, Music, Movies, Hanging out with friends, Reading...

What I'm doing with my life Propose an edit

I work as a Technical Consultant and spend most of my time at home, working on various projects remotely for clients. The job has me mostly working in London, but there's the occasional need to travel to Cornwall or to Essex to see the customer sites.

I'd love to travel the world, and hope to maybe spend the summer travelling Europe or possibly Canada, depending on funding and if I can drag a friend with me or not.

(though granted, my advice isn't something I'm really good at!)

I'm tall... or at least that's what most people say. They don't expect me to be 6'2.

My favorite books, movies, music, and food Propose an edit

I enjoy any book, movie or music that is good usually.

My most favourite type of book would be fantasy or sc-fi. Favourite authors would be Terry Pratchett, Isaac Asimov and Jane Lindskold.

Movies... well I'll watch anything except Horror really. I've never been interested in trying to get scared from watching a movie. But there are a few scary movies that I do enjoy.

When it comes to music, my most favourite genres are Rock and Punk Rock. I've got a lot of favourite artists. My least favourite genres are Rap, Hip Hop and R&B. But there are some songs in those genres that I do like.

Usually it's everything and anything that goes through my mind.

On a typical Friday night I am Propose an edit

I'm either;
- Hanging out with friends in a pub
- Seeing a movie with friends
- Hanging out with friends at home
- Home alone reading/watching tv

Usually the latter two.

Not that I would admit any of my more private emotions/feelings on a public site like this, but I can say; That I've only ever had one meaningful relationship.
