My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
My name is Brett.
I like to play video games, watch movies, listening to music, and messing around with computers and electronics.
I'm trying to get from where I am now to getting a job as a web designer or web developer. I can play bass, but I've never made enough of a commitment to get anywhere with it. I'm also trying to improve myself in different ways by learning whatever I can. Examples: I'm trying to get better at drawing and I'm trying to lose weight.

I'm pretty laid back and am willing to try new things if it means I can do it with friends or dates. I don't conform to labels, but I have to admit that I do fall under the "Nerd" label. I'm quiet and shy. I almost never make the first move. Heh, good thing I'm here, then.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I'm currently working at Wal-Greens as a "Certified Photo Specialist". Gotta love the titles on your name tag. I'm deciding which school I should go to and how I can create a web-design portfolio.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
I don't brag about what I can do. I usually have others tell me what I'm good at.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Either my hair or my eyes. It used to be my glasses, but I wear contacts now.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
I don't really read many books or watch TV so those lists are pretty short.

Books: Fire Starter (Stephen King), Crest of the Stars Trilogy (Hiroyuki Morioka), Just for Fun - The Story of an Accidental Revolutionary (Linus Torvalds and David Diamond)

Movies: District 9, The Original Stars Wars Trilogy, SpaceBalls, Alien and Aliens, Predator 1 and 2, Terminator 1 and 2, Friday the 13th 3 & 4, Iron Man

Shows: Pawn Stars, The Simpsons (90's to the early 2000's), King of the Hill, South Park, House

For music, I'm going to list the main genres I listen to and then some examples to keep the list from getting too long.

Thrash Metal (Heathen, Gama Bomb, Overkill, Skeletonwitch, Destruction)
Death Metal (Vader, Paganizer, At the Gates, Amon Amarth, Scar Symmetry)
Electronia (Bass Hunter, Zombie Nation, Cybotron, Go Sato, Chris Huelsbeck, Bobby Prince)
Video Game Music (Sonic the Hedgehog series, Mega Man series, Castlevania series, Kirby series, Quake series)

Food: Pizza, Spaghetti, Tacos, Burritos)
