My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I'm a native Californian and have traveled most of the country. Climbed mountains, drove across the country back and forth, and have stepped foot in 45 states and seen 1000's of citys. I'm itching to take another trip every time I think about traveling. Life is about the experience inside our daily bubble of life as well as outside.
I love to be out and about--checking out new restaurants and/or cooking something up at home.
I love being a uncle to my nieces and friends kids. And do my best to keep up with their lives and family.
I'm health conscious--eat right, run, swim, and yoga. I completed 5K's, 10K's, 15K's 1/2 marathons, triathlons, and like to be ready to support my friends and join them running.
I have been know to dance (West Coast Swing) and have attempted other dance styles like country two-step. I love country music (oops did I say that) and hope to visit Nashville again and see live events.
Hiking and mountain biking are other interests. I hope to do some cycling and motor-biking in the future.
I am fortunate to be in business--I'm a real estate broker and I get to work with people I chose to work with--it's always exciting. The business has taught me a lot about people and I continue to hone my skills even after 20 or more years.
There is a lot more to me then I'm going to share on okc. If anything resonated with you..send me a message. I'm looking for a serious relationship.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I have a passion for helping people. In my business, I help people sell and/or purchase their homes. Though I do much more then just that. I educate them on the market, on the community, neighborhood, schools, etc. and then thats not all...I help them understand what their spouse want and help them share what they can agree on together and sometimes it has nothing to do with any of the above. I become a pseudo therapist..its always exciting and it is great to be trusted and earn their trust. I think I'm a real good communicator.

I strive to become a better person for me and to help people by sharing what I have learned and listen and learn when we have disagreements. I help out with foundations and non-profits.
Each time, if I can help just 1 person, I know I'm making a difference. Either way from my mistakes or my successes I'm learning and improving.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
I'm a really good friend. Great with kids... I have two nieces to start. Then with my friends kids, clients kids and my little bro through the LA Jewish Big Brother.
The Other thing I'm good at is life, business, and personal time in my life.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I'm fit...Fat is a not something anyone would ever say to me. I have a youthful look.

I am in the middle of a book called "Spark". If you are interested in how to make the brain works better plus more, read it!
I love a good comedy, drama, chick flick or something inspiring.
Television is something I don't spend time with and when I do I get addicted quickly.
Music--ever since I visited Nashville--I'll admit--I have a country music heart. Though if 80's music is on--I, don't stop believin'. I love to see live music and when my friends have concerts in Los Angeles--I'm there to support.
Food--I LOVE trying new restaurants. I crave for a few places. Though my 'goto' most days is Mexican.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
1. Breakfast tops right there with fresh air. 2. Yoga, there is nothing that has benefited me and taught me so much. 3. Hugs--well this should be number 1. 4. running shoes. 5. Sun--As a true southern Californian...bringing a little natural warmth.
6. You!...(and you can could possibly move-up be and be numero uno.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
I realized I am always thinking about my next encounter with food. The restaurant; what I am going to order, what I am going to prepare, or what I need to get at the store. Dinner? I love food.
If not food, my thoughts are usually figuring out how I can improve on all dinner, working with a client, or my next speech.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Dinner out, possibly a Shabbat Service, catch up at home or a date with you.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I have my quiet moments.
