I think life is best lived creatively, with lots of fun and humor, and adventures near or far. I certainly try to combine that with holding friends and family close, and treating others with love and compassion.
And then there's brunch! Waking up and going to brunch is one of my favorite things. I’m good at making waffles, but only 4/10 of my pancakes turn out edible. So, if you can make brunch, bonus! I like to cook and try out new recipes, but definitely find it more enjoyable to cook with someone or for a group of friends. I'm damn crafty, and tend to have a variety of things I’m working on. I think I’m pretty good at being both a city mouse and country mouse. I love heading downtown or anywhere around Seattle, but can also enjoy camping, hiking or kayaking.
I spent most of my 20’s in school (and therefore being in debt) so in my 30’s I've definitely got the travel bug. I spent time volunteering for a medical team in Moldova, vacationed in Italy and France (what's not to love about sunshine, lots of wine and cheese, and a plethora of pastries?), and last summer went to Ireland (what’s not to love about constant rain, lots of Jameson, fried pub food, and the friendliest people I’ve ever met?). I have a pretty strong desire to go to Iceland—northern lights! But my next trip may need to be somewhere with sun and a beach.

I'm looking for someone who loves to laugh and be playful and have smart conversations. Someone who is curious about the world around them, and wants to go explore that world. I would prefer to meet someone who is looking for a dating relationship rather than something super casual (though obviously all dating begins casually). Coupled with that, hopefully you have a good sense of who you are and what you want in life, as well as what you're looking for in a partner. We can meet for a coffee or drink, and go from there!

I work as a children’s occupational therapist, which means that I help special education students with their fine motor skills. It’s very important to me to spend time with my friends and family. I have two adorable nieces that I try to see much as possible.

Cooking things involving cheese or sauces. Taking long drives, but not getting lost. Cuddling and being affectionate. Killing off houseplants. Napping. Getting sunburns. Having unruly, curly hair. Being creative. I also pride myself in being a genuinely nice person and a good friend.

TV: How I Met Your Mother, Downton Abbey, Daily Show
Food: Just about anything, though Thai or Indian are my favorites (and an occasional Red Mill burger). I'm learning to like sushi, I have issues with seaweed wrapping itself around my food... Music: Divine Fits, Phantogram, the XX, Frightened Rabbit, Beach House, Fun, Sleigh Bells, Tennis, Robyn, Chairlift, Ryan Adams, Jake Bugg, Broken Bells…so many!

Out with friends enjoying good food and drinks, catching a band/live music, a movie, trivia night, or possibly cooking at home and enjoying a night in. I like to have friends over for game nights (board games!) or small parties. I also like to see plays, or comedy shows.

Isn't that why people meet for coffee/drinks? Can't give it all away on this site!
