I'm a second year student for English & General Humanities at the Tel Aviv University. I work as a translator, and plan on staying in that field. A geek at heart, most of my time is spent in front of my laptop, reading, writing, listening to music, and even watching the occasional TV show. Oh, and, you know, doing tons of homework for some history class or another and the such :-)

Working at HOT (yes, the cable company) as a translator, which means that if you switch your interface to English, and read the synopsis of some program or another on channels 3 & 10, that's me. Mostly fun.
Participating in a creative writing workshop once a week, reading a billion books a minute.

Languages. Though currently only fluent in 3, I do know a bit of many, and am in the process of becoming fluent in a fourth soon, I hope :-) Also, I speak computerish. My father is an Electronics Engineer so I grew up around technology and therefore get computers about as well as I get people, most of the time. Meaning, not as well as I'd like to, but fairly reasonable communications are feasible :-)

I'm nervous around introductions. So, people usually think I'm a nervous person. Or plainly nuts. Depends. Neither is accurate.

I'm a book worm, but to sum it up- Frank Herbert's Dune is lovely, I'm a huge Asimov fan, loved The Hitchhiker's Guide To The Galaxy, the Ender series, and assorted other Sci-Fi books... I'm also a fan of the classics- Shakespeare, Jane Austen, and many more... Harry Potter and Dan Brown are also in my bookcase... Currently reading Pratchett's Discworld and Fford's Thursday Next Novels. Both recommended, of course.

On the television front, I like smart programs. That means, watching Seinfeld for the 11th hundredth time is not one of my favorites, nor is Friends, but new, innovative, intellectually challenging things like House M.D., Heroes, the various CSI shows, Veronica Mars, Dexter, and many more, are things that can make me a very happy camper. I also have a fondness for British humor (e.g. Coupling), and my greatest love, that I simply cannot explain- Buffy.

I'm not much of a movie fanatic, but I do enjoy Sci-Fi or comics movies, chic flics (which I'm entitled to, being a chic) and the occasional trilogy (Matrix, LotR, Pirates of the Caribbean, Harry Potter)...

Music-wise, I'm always open to suggestions. I'm currently very much into different degrees of Rock, My Chemical Romance, Evanescence, Fall Out Boy, Nickelback... Metallica... a bit of Dream Theater... And also some latin music, and even the occasional classical music.

As for food... I love sea-food, sushi, pasta, asado and almost anything that's well-done (pun intended).

My friends and family, my laptop plus internet access, books, my phone, food, water and shelter.

Yeah, that's no form of six, I know. Notice how "Math" isn't on the list?

Life, the Universe, and Everything. My mind's a wanderer. I don't do linear thinking. It's no damn fun.

In some restaurant, pub, or someone's house, laughing with my friends about another one of their sitcom-quality adventures.

I'm not a very private person. Really. Ask and ye shall most likely be answered. Unless you wanna know how much I weigh, which is completely rude to ask a woman :-P

You know what you want and you know how to get it.

Also, you live in Israel, you are a straight man, and you are not old enough to be my father. I already have a father. I love him very much, we have a great relationship, and I am not interested in replacing him. Thank you :-)
