My self-summary
My name is Mercedes Layne Richards. People call me Mercedes, Layne, or Mercy. I live in a small town in Alabama, but I have always wanted to live in a big city. I make mistakes on a daily basis no matter how hard I try not to. I am a bit of a dreamer. (Well more than a bit) I love life. It is the most precious thing in the universe. I love books and coffee. I own over 200 books, some are over a hundred years old. My dream is to become an author one day.
Humanity in general fascinates me. There are days when I spend hours at the park people watching. I have faith that deep down everyone cares deeply about something.
I have learned the hard way that life, not matter how precious, can be a bitch. But it happens. Everyone has hard times. We live and we learn.
I love music and art. I am a very creative person. I have a wild imagination. Both are very important to me. I could never be with a dull person.
Adventure is my middle name. Hiking, random road trips, and getting lost are all great ways to spend an off day. I will try almost anything once, as long as there is some one else with me to go along with it.
What I’m doing with my life
Honestly I am still trying to figure that out.
I’m really good at
Reading, writing, embarrassing myself, being honest even if it may hurt someone.
The first things people usually notice about me
Well my hair color and my tattoos for starters and my eyes. They are both green and blue
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

My favorite of all time is Nightmare Before Christmas. But I love many others also.
Just about anything except most rap and country.
The six things I could never do without
A good book
My best friend
A cigarette
Clean Water
A smile from a stranger
I spend a lot of time thinking about
What the hell I am doing with my life.
On a typical Friday night I am
Doing what ever I feel like.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I am terrified of birds and aliens.
You should message me if
If you wanna talk. I love meeting new people. :)
