Wine is my first love! Cigarette is most certainly the second one, for everything else I use OKC, and I don't think it's a good idea, but who cares?
First and foremost, if you can't stand people destroying their health for "fun", I strongly advice you leave my profile without further notice.
If you can't stand paradox, you should also do the same. I think my entire life has been revolving around this notion; and stupid people have a tendency to believe that paradoxes are symbols of inconsistency. WRONG
I am both super dynamic and super lazy, I am shy and extravagant, I am also rational and irrational, I am a human being with a distorted version of reality and normality. Even if I agree with what you say, I will do my best to defend the opposite, why? Because world is moving forward thanks to confrontation, and not because we commonly agree on something (NB: this statement is not absolute)
And if you read some kind of arrogance between the lines, you are probably wrong. I know who I am, I truly mean it. I know what I stand for, I know what I want to do in 10 years. And it doesn't mean that this idea will not change by then.
I spend a lot of time thinking about what people are trying to avoid, I don't know why, and that's the beauty of it. I remember one day in my life (like I was old, huh), I took the decision to accept what I wasn't able to understand; not because I wanted to be accommodating to others, but because I was always trying to find a reason to everything, and I realised my life was becoming a huge mess.
Like everybody here, I had my share of bad experiences in life, but I digested them all; OK maybe not all, but most of them. Due to this, I have some issue dealing with people that cannot face reality. You most definitely took wrong decisions in your life, maybe your father was an asshole, maybe you don't like who you are... FINE, instead of waiting for the world to do something for you, accept your errors, change, and move on.
"I think we're living in an ironic period of history. And irony kills innocence, it kills ingenuity and it's killing youth. From time to time I think it's good to consider that it is either white or black ... it's making things move forward. Today, we are force-fed by grey. And at some point, irony is becoming a little to hard to cope with."
