Harry Potter, Eragon, Star Wars, Forgotten Realms, Ravenloft, books
by A Lee Martinez, some classic literature (mostly science fiction
and Gothic horror).
Movies:
Star Wars, Van Helsing, Metal: A Headbanger's Journey, Wayne's
World, The Gamers: Dorkness Rising, Spaceballs, Young Frankenstein,
The Lord of The Rings, Alien, Army of Darkness, Gladiator, Saving
Private Ryan, Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure, The Avengers, The
Matrix, School of Rock, Mr. Deeds, The Raven (1963), Jurassic Park,
every Batman movie, and many more. I pretty much like horror,
sci-fi/fantasy, comedy, war, and action.
Shows:
I don't watch tv nearly as much as I used to, but some old
favorites are Hercules The Legendary Journeys, The Simpsons,
Futurama, Metalocalypse, The History channel when it actually
showed things dealing with history, Mythbusters, Star Trek The Next
Generation, Deep Space Nine, and Voyager. A few newer shows I watch
are Game of Thrones, Spartacus, and Vikings.
Music:
Metal, hard rock, classic rock, dark ambient, classical, and Weird
Al. Favorite bands are Iron Maiden, Manowar, Judas Priest, (old)
Metallica, Alestorm, Agalloch, Rhapsody of Fire, Hammerfall, Nox
Arcana. I'd list all of the bands I listen to, but I might die
before finishing the list. I think I have somewhere in the area of
6,000 songs on my computer...
Foods:
I'm known for having terrible eating habits, but I am trying to
expand my tastes. I used to drink sodas all the time, but I largely
quit back in April for health reasons. Favorite foods though would
be macaroni and cheese, pizza, and beef stew. I am not the most
talented cook in the world, but I'll try my best to make something
edible. I'm learning to bake though and I apparently make really
good bread and cookies! Also I do not drink alcohol but I don't
care if you do.
Video games (why not?):
I'm a fan of retro games (Wii is awesome for having lots of old
school nintendo games!), strategy games for the PC (I adore the
Total War series), Super Smash Bros., Guitar Hero/Rock Band, and
pretty much any kind of game other than sports or puzzle.
