A New Englander through and through. Born and raised outside of New Haven, went to school in Burlington, and I just moved to Boston for work. Most of my free time is spent surfing the web, playing video games, or otherwise nerdy activities. I'm still getting used to being in a city so it'd be nice to have someone to explore with.

I like to come up with random projects for myself that end up being much more involved than I originally planned, but keep doing it anyway. Even though life is pretty routine at the moment, I'm always looking for a chance to be spontaneous, but I don't usually have the motivation to unless someone else is involved, so introduce me to something new!

I just started my first ~real~ job in software development, and ready to start a promising career. I have plans to go back to graduate school in a few years, and hope to be actively involved in the scientific community.

In the mean time life consists of: the 9-5 grind, going to yoga, and exploring downtown on the weekends.

Going with the flow and enjoying the journey. It doesn't matter what I'm doing as long as I'm having a good time. I try to let my mind wander whenever I can, and usually it wanders towards figuring something out; if I don't have a reason for why something is, I'll think about it until I have an answer.

If it's summer, probably my visible tattoos; otherwise that I wear argyle or plaid every day.

I'll read a well written text book on just about any topic if it will hold my interest after the first 20 pages.
