I'm Michael and I'm a native San Franciscan. I'm a pretty mellow guy all around; I love music (listening and playing- drums, guitar, vocal harmonizing, knob turning, synth bleeping), Degenerate Art, having a drink or many (btw i sometimes, maybe once a week, may share half a cigarette) here and there (day or night), op-art and late sixties / early seventies furniture and styling.

I love dive bars; there's nothing like sitting down and having witty banter over a drink; however, as i tend to get a bit agorophobic/shithead-ophobic at times, i prefer going out on Wednesday nights rather than Fridays, and i prefer happyhours at dive bars rather than midnight at some overcrowded, obnoxious, twenty-something shit-head filled hotspot...

I spent some time doing I.T. at GenenTech but realized that wasn't my bag and now I'm trying to figure it out while working at an amazing SOMA art gallery / bar. I'm a self imposed ex musician -- and uh -- I'm thinking about being a musician again.

Playing the drums and Space-Guitar, banging out sweeet chords on my Suzuki Omnichord OM-150, turning knobs on effect pedals, dialing in good reverb settings on rack mount effect units, guessing what year songs were recorded...

Getting off of work circa 10pm and getting a drink at Molotov's with friends. But the more i think about it, the more i realize how much i HATE going out on Fri or Sat nights! To be honest, i'd rather have a few drinks with friends while streaming Netflix... (preferably also with a pretty lady!)
