What I’m doing with my life

I'm pretty ADD and that, coupled with my ambition has led to a lot of random accomplishments. For instance, I just got certified as a Zumba fitness instructor. I've enjoyed it for years and am looking forward to teaching it too. I'm very hyper and the opposite of a homebody. I love hiking, mountain-biking and all sorts of dancing including swing, line, latin styles and hip hop.

I was a videographer/producer for over a decade, but have been working in IT for a couple of years now. My job is awesome! I'm a startup junkie, but am working at a more "respectable" brick & mortar place right now. It's kind of frighteningly refreshing to go home on time every night and do other things with my life! Oh, and I do a bit of computer-related volunteer work once or twice a month. It's pretty cool. I go to university, but am only taking one class at a time, as I've decided I want to make more $$$ so I've recently decided to make IT certs my top priority again. For this reason, my social life is going to take a hit.

Some games I enjoy are Dance Central 2, Left4Dead, World of Warcraft, SIMS 3, Bad Company 3 and a Living Forgotten Realms campaign of D&D (Dungeons & Dragons). I was also a HUGE Rock Band fiend (competed at PAX 09). Occasionally I play Magic and Chess.

I have to admit it's probably my breasts. There are more things people would notice about me, but they usually run away by the time I get to the raptor impression. :-(

Also, Dr. Horrible and The Walking Dead (both the comic book and TV series). Don't watch much TV though, as Premium Internet is the only thing I am willing to pay for these days.

[Update] Someone recently pointed out all REAL biking shorts should have butt pads so... What else can I say? I'm an ordained minister and actually married a couple of friends of mine at their Rock Band-themed wedding. I used the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy (gold leaf edition) as my bible.
