My Self-Summary
I'm a part-time student, for now. I love to travel but haven't done
a whole lot of it.
I'm an atheist and a skeptic who thinks that Bigfoot is extremely cool even if s/he doesn't exist. I love to write fiction, mostly of the horror variety but also some crime, science fiction and on one occasion, romance. I love reading and learning about science and history.

What I’m doing with my life
Right now, working as a cleaner and attending night classes. Next
year I’ll be at university earning a degree in international
studies and learning Japanese. I’m not sure what I
eventually want to do with this, except that it’ll have to involve
travel. I want to see the world.
I’m really good at
Writing, or so
people have told me. I’ve written a bit of fiction and enjoy the
process. I'm not published yet, but one day...
My favorite books, movies, music, and food
I read a lot of historical fiction, fantasy and horror. Also,
history and popular science. I never tire of old science fiction,
by guys like Clarke, Asimov and Heinlein, and especially Frank
Herbert’s Dune
series.
My favourite movies are probably The Princess Bride, Aliens, Lawrence of Arabia, and Zulu. I love war films and westerns. My favourite filmmakers are Kurosawa, Ford, and Leone.
I like a bit of everything. Favourite older stuff includes The Beach Boys, The Beatles, Electric Light Orchestra and AC/DC. I'm also a huge Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds fan. For more recent music, I really just listen to Triple J radio and then download anything I like from iTunes.
I love all types of food, but especially Middle Eastern, Japanese and Thai cuisine.
