My name is Mico Lucide, and I want to do something amazing with my life. I have two core beliefs:
1) Whatever one believes will affect their life in the way that they believe it will.
2) I am not a Democrat who believes in Democratic Ideals, I am not a republican who believes in Republican Ideals, I am an American who wants what is best for America and America's people.

Because of my first core belief I live my life as what I refer to as a "terminal optimist." One day I will be so Optimistic that it will kill me, but it's okay! I'm an Optimist and I will die happy :)

I don't smoke or do any drugs (that includes pot), but on rare occasion I will have some sweet wine.

Update as of 12/22/12:
I've had a very hard half of a year. I'm not a very personal person, so I'll lay it all out for you. My mother had a massive stroke in July and has no health insurance. Mediaid took forever to take effect and because we had to foot the bill in the meantime, I was left without a home due to inability to afford the apartment my mom and I shared. I am using this as a drive to become more independent. I am living on campus at my college, Stockton, until I can afford a place to live in the future.

Ever since my mom's stroke, I've had a very strong sense of loyalty to her that I didn't have before. Up until now, I never held family to a very strong appreciation. Now, I have become a lot more caring about my mom. I'm almost a bit sensitive about the subject. It's complicated.

Sorry for getting overly personal on a dating site, but it's been a big part of my life lately and I should be up front about things that are affecting my life a lot.

I'm a Political Science major with a concentration in Pre-Law and aspirations of being a United States Senator for the State of New Jersey. I have things figured out, I have direction and drive, and I need someone else with drive and goals... Preferably someone who likes politics :)

The things I can comfortably put on here are that I am good at conversations, arguments, comforting others, mediating, counseling, leading, overcoming immense troubles, holding myself together in painful situations, and cuddling :)

The way I bear myself. I carry myself in a very confident and comforting manner. Usually the succession goes like this: Notice Confidence, notice Comfortability (I am comforting; people often open up to me easily), and notice smarts. Let's hope you notice something you like in me :)
