I am warm, intense, and a little crazy : ).

My Self-Summary

I know I look young, but I am actually 31. I'm an honest person, always trying to learn new things and improve upon myself. For me, life is about finding purpose and those who you care about. I like to enjoy life as much as possible and always interested in doing something active/fun.

I have a silly/dark sense of humor, yet at the same time am very compassionate. I usually am drawn to things that oppose and contrast each other. I find it hard to explain myself, because I don't like limitations, yet I understand some things have their limits. I usually like it when I have something to challenge me; otherwise things can be boring really quickly.

I'm looking for someone who is real, open-minded (meaning not judgemental) and looking to have a good time. It's not easy finding someone you are compatible with, so I won't be offended if you don't think we match.

What I’m doing with my life

Right now, I'm working in downtown Toronto doing tech support. It's not my dream job, but it's ok for now as a career. I have a lot of desires of various creative things I would like to pursue. I just haven't found anything in this city that really interests me yet. I also like going to the gym and really enjoy it, since it helps me keep active.

The first things people usually notice about me

That I look really young for my age, and they don't believe me when I tell them how old I really am.

My favorite books, movies, music, and food

BOOKS: The Primal Scream / A Separate Reality: Further Conversations with Don Juan

MOVIES: Carlito's Way (1993) / Lost Highway (1997) / There Goes The Neighborhood (1992) / 12 Monkeys (1996) / Evil Dead II: Dead By Dawn (1987) / A.I. Artificial Intelligence (2001) / Night Of The Living Dead (1990) / Terminator 2: Judgment Day (1991) / Uncle Buck (1989) / Blade Runner (1982) / The Tango Lesson (1997), and many others.

TV: I don't watch TV a lot, but when I do, it's usually something off the space channel, reality TV shows or UFC.

MUSIC: Filter - my favorite albums are "Title of Record" and "Anthems for the Damned", which I think is just as good or even better then their older stuff, it just took some time to grow on me. Ashes Divide - Started by Billy Howerdel, who helped form A Perfect Circle, I absolutely love this album right now! Deftones - Their "Saturday Night Wrist" album is my favorite. / A Perfect Circle - I bought their album "Mer de Noms" back in 2000 and started listening to them again just recently realizing how good it is. Metric - their first album "Grow Up and Blow Away" is really good. / Tears for Fears - I never really paid any attention as a kid, but I can really appreciate it now. / Linkin Park - Some of their music is really good. / Biosphere - My current favorite ambient music. / Tool / Swervedriver - Used to be my favorite band, but I still like and listen to them on occasion. / David Bowie - Most of his stuff. / Garbage - Their first two albums specifically. / Old stuff like King Crimson, Genesis (before the 80's) / Original alternative rock such as Soundgarden, Pearl Jam, Alice in Chains, etc. / I also really like Miles Davis - Bitches Brew (amazing album), Goblin, but there's just too many to list.

FOODS: Plenty, I'm mostly curious about trying new foods I haven't tried before, since I never had much variety as a kid and growing up. I like eating as healthy as possible, but I can also still eat regular food.

The six things I could never do without

1) Music 2) My Computer 3) Food, clothing, shelter?

I spend a lot of time thinking about

The unknown.

On a typical Friday night I am

Spending time home relaxing after a long week of work, listening to music and searching for random stuff on the web, or out spending time with friends, either at some local bar, club or some new place I haven't been to before.

The most private thing I’m willing to admit here

I love dance music, but not lame ass dance music. Only music that really pulls you in and intensifies your emotions. Once I get hooked into something that makes me want to dance, I usually find it hard to stop. At least not until I have completely drained myself of all energy... good workout I guess ۞¿۞
