Hey, I'm just a chic here in Missoula. Not looking for anything serious. Want to have some fun, hang out, meet new and exciting people. I love music, movies, karaoke, listening to live bands, dancing. Absolutely love art, especially scifi/fantasy and native american. I'm a bit of a geek. Used to game quite a bit...D&D, Gurps, Rifts, Ravenloft. Love Star Wars and Mel Brooks movies, especially Space balls.
All and all I'm a very fun, friendly, honest and open-minded person and I'm looking to hang out with people who are the same.
Life's become a bit dull. I met a wonderful guy, right here on cupid, and I love him dearly...but I seemed to fall into a trap of everyday being the same. I'm looking for someone to help me break the monotony of it all. Help me get out of the lull of existance.

What I’m doing with my life

trying to have fun and stay sane...not an easy thing to do in this world.
I work a full-time job and after that I try to balance family time, friend time, and me time. oh, and cat time...i need time with the cats. :)

I’m really good at

*whistles innocently* lots of things actually. I kick ass at karaoke. was a music major in college, now karaoke is the only chance I get to strut my stuff, I take it very seriously.

I'm a good listener too, and am very comfortable with being the "shoulder to cry on". I strive to be compassionate and understanding, and I take great joy in helping others. If that makes me sappy, than I'm sappy. :)

My favorite books, movies, music, and food

Some of my fave bands include My Ruin, Mindless Self Indulgence, Marilyn Manson, Rob Zombie, Lacuna Coil, Massive Attack. love all kinds of music, anything from classical, Broadway musical showtunes, all the way to techno/goth/industrial.

Fave movies include Equilibrium, Donnie Darko, Hedwig and the Angry Inch, Boondock Saints, and Requiem for a Dream, Strangeland, Secretary, SLC Punk, Velvet Goldmine, Army of Darkness, The Lost Boys. like anime/hentai, comedies, fantasy, some horror. Not a big fan of blood and gore but I do like movies that make me think.

My favorite food will always be Chinese, god i love that stuff. I'll eat just about anything but I love my chinese.

Fave books include anything by Piers Anthony, Dean Koontz, Anne Rice, Mercedes Lackey, and Laurell K. Hamilton. Favorite genres are scifi/fantasy, horror and erotica. One of my favorite books is Choke by Chuck Palahniuk, great movie too.

The six things I could never do without

food, money, chocolate, my family, my friends, and my cats. :) Most importantly are my friends. If i ever have issues with anything, they are always there to help...you can never have to many friends.

I spend a lot of time thinking about

the meaning of life...seriously, i do. I have a tendency to question everything.

On a typical Friday night I am

i'm a homebody, i like hanging out with friends watching movies. some friday nights i do go out dancing but thats a random thing. I'm not much of a bar person cuz i really don't drink that much and I have a huge attention span problem, I get bored easily sometimes. If there isn't karaoke or dancing, and since I suck at pool and darts, you probably won't find me at a bar.

The most private thing I’m willing to admit here

I'm not the smallest person in the world, course I don't think that makes me any less cute, just not as sexy as I want to be. but i'm in the process of losing weight and am very close to my first goal...if I can just stay away from the chocolate, i'll be fine. it does upset me a great deal that people won't even try to get to know me cuz I'm a bit on the bigger side.
